We stayed 5 nights at Hotel Daniel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The service was outstanding and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is charming. Our suite was extremely comfortable with a small balcony and a peak at the top of the Eiffel Tower. While Paris was under a horrible heat wave, the hotel stayed cool. And...

We had eight bags. the manager had her staff take us to the train station and waited until our track was announced and helped us load our bags on the train. this was way beyond expectations. This is in addition to the beautiful location and facilities.

This was my first French afternoon tea, and it didn't let me down. I recommend this as a break from walking around Paris. The tea was lighter than english tea, and the pastries were divine. I haven't stayed here, but the staff was very nice, and the decor was beautiful. I bet the rooms are equally as nice.

Excellent location. Impeccable service. Beautiful rooms. Furniture bit threadbare, carpets need to be cleaned. Overall, still a R&C, though not quite up to typical R&C standards. I would recommend it.
