Small but beautiful hotel. The Hotel is close to 2 metro lines making it very easy to go to almost anywhere in Paris. I encountered a key-card problem (I can't enter my room, and need hotel stuff to re-program the key cards) 2-3 times during my stay at the hotel, while my friends didn't find the same problem, so I...

Beautiful hotel, very nice amenities, and the hotel staff was quite helpful. We were part of a Viking cruise group so I don't know if that influenced our experience, but I would definitely want to go back. The breakfast was so good! As an American, I felt the kindness of being taught about the foods, not being laughed at for...

Really good location, a couple of footsteps from the main attractions. The staff was super friendly, really helpful and accomodating. The hotel is in between the Champs Elysees and Hausmann, super convenient.

Hotel location is nice , near champs elysees The hotel overlooks a night club where it gets too noisy specially on weekends at night So better choose a room that does not overlook the street (nothing to see and lots of noise)

The Rochester was undergoing extensive refurbishment when we visited, meaning that only 16 rooms were in service. However, the staff could not have been more accommodating, doing everything that they could to ensure that we were not inconvenienced, even offering us a choice of rooms. Dominique, the concierge, was fantastic and recommended a really good restaurant for our wedding anniversary...
