Great location, fantastic breakfast but be prepared for the bill (55 euros per couple) Rooms were lovely, fab toiletries, robes and slippers complimentary and great sized beds. Great distance from all famous tourist attractions and great cocktails served but again were pricey, around 20 euros each. This wasnt just the hotel, we found this at a lot of the restraunts...

I lived in Paris for a year and after that travelled frequently for business. This hotel used to be my home away from home. I love the location and although it is centrally located it's quiet and comfy. The rooms are not amazing but the hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful. This is a great choice...

quiet street, but only minutes from the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees and Metro. Super friendly staff and a very comfortable bed. Pleasing decor and architecture, very chic and French. excellent service. We would have liked tea and coffee making facilities, but that was our fault for not checking the room amenities carefully. Recommend.

I stayed in this hotel as part of business trip. My room was absolutely fantastic. The bed was undoubtedly one of the best beds I have ever experienced in a hotel, and the room decoration could not be better. The bathroom, though, could be considered the room's highlight. Spacious, wonderful bathroom with the nice "Hermes" toiletries. The room service was...

My husband and I actually stayed at this hotel in June 2009, but tripadvisor does not have earlier date options. This hotel is somewhat on the expensive side - especially when you convert dollars to euro - but it was a nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable! You will find the nearest metro about a 5 to 10 minute walk...

Sofitel is located at fancy end of Paris and is commensurately priced. It's a little dated (maybe historic), but well located on a quieter street , 2 mins from Champs Elysees. We had the Chic-Picnic package which meant we had a King Suite (enormous for Europe) and a Picnic basket. Shouldnt really complain since it was a bonus but no...

Great hotel, wonderful location, within site of the Arc de Triomphe and walking distance of the Eiiffel Tower (15 minutes) and Louvre (40 minutes), and convenient for Metro, yet surrounded by quiet streets. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.

We went to the hotel restaurant for a business diner. To make a long story short, nice welcome, but food quality miserable (meet badly cooked and tasteless), very expensive. If you happen to order wine, you will find out expensive bottles in the poorest vintages only (try to find a 1998, 2005 or 2006 Bordeaux ... None. But exercise yourself...

We had two rooms. Kids had a nice room and so was ours. Staff was excellent. The concierge directed us to a great restaurant. We will return if in Paris again.
