Stayed for three nights over the weekend of the Paris marathon. Liked the location a few stops on the metro from gare de Nord and Eurostar. Located near Bastille in lively area with plenty of restaurants and bars which get very busy on a Saturday....More

Thanks very much for your feedback. We appeciate your commentary about our hotel and we take in cosidarations the points that you stressed out.
The high point of this hotel is its location: near metro stations and some remarkable parisian bistros.
The lower point are probably the room layout, with very low storage space, and serious ventilation issues. Also, the bathroom needs drains.
Hotel was great for a city visit to Paris. It is in Bastille area, which you can walk from to reach Louvre area if you really want to walk and not take public transport, although it will take a good half hour.

During the day rows of unassuming bars welcome customers for a bite or a drink, but it’s at night this area really comes to life. Very basic, we only had 2 towels for our double room, which was a nuisance when I washed my hair, and one of those awful hairdryers that are designed by men which would take me a week to dry my curly hair! No coffee making... More
Very basic, we only had 2 towels for our double room, which was a nuisance when I washed my hair, and one of those awful hairdryers that are designed by men which would take me a week to dry my curly hair! No coffee making facilities, there are lots of local cafes, and a MacDonalds nearby where you can get cheap coffee
