This was my first Ibis so I wasn't sure what to expect. It is a budget hotel and the rooms are not large by any means but it is clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful and the wifi was some of the most stable I'd had in a hotel.

very modern and new property in most buzzing area of Paris.. it is pleasant change from 16th century to 21st century architecture...! The staff is very humble and cooperative. real value for money. the lobby is big. the locker machines are very reliable, if you know how to operate them..

I have booked Ibis as I have been in many other Ibis in other locations around the world, but in this case i was dissapointed, Ibis Bastille is somehow old, tired, run down one. Black mold in shower, room floor damage by water meaning sticking out, old paint, bad heater in the bathroom. Even the employees seem to be tired,...

Been staying at this Ibis when in Paris for over a year and it is no longer the same establishment. The new team members are young and eager. Nice smiles. Showers have mold. Water is all over the bathroom floor when you finish showering no matter how much care you take. Sounds of construction (that has been underway for months)...

The breakfast here was to die for. i was amazing at the freshness of the pastries, but maybe that's just Paris. The shower was odd, it got everything wet even though there was a door. Not enough outlets in my opinion, but I would stay here again because of the location and the breakfast!!!!

We are sleeping here now for the second time! It's excellent, but not al the people speaking 100% English. The rooms they are small, also the bathroom, but you know when you booked Ibis hotel that you don't have the biggest rooms... Really nice bed, good bathroom and drinkable water! We are coming back soon in this Sumer :)

Stayed in this hotel whilst in Paris for 5 nights over New Years. Great value for money. Room small but did the job perfectly. Friendly staff. Room cleaned every day. Good heating and AC. Great location - Bastille is lovely with lots of shops, restaurants, bars & cafes. Around 40 min walk into heart of Paris (lovely walk down river)...

This is by no means a luxury hotel. I stayed here for 3 nights in a double room...hopefully you're comfortable sleeping in very close proximity because the beds literally touch each other. The bathroom is also very small and making the entire bathroom floor stay dry while showering is near impossible. There are clearly many cosmetic flaws in the rooms...

Bed comfortable, staff nice, location is excellent. Tasty breakfast, but 10 euro is too much. Dirty walls and carpets on the corridor, room and bathroom not refreshed for a long time. Leaky shower in the bathroom with mold in the corners, The heater in the bathroom did not work, the old air-conditioning that did not work as it should. Non-smoking...

Room and bathroom were clean. The bathroom is very small but functional. Rooms are 2 persons room which is a problem when traveling with family of 3. We had to book two rooms. There are no rooms with connecting doors. The Bastille area is not very close to the main attractions in Paris but there are subway stations and bus stops...

Bastille and Oberkampf are lively parts of town made for entertainment. During the day rows of unassuming bars welcome customers for a bite or a drink, but it’s at night this area really comes to life. At Place de la Bastille, crowds flock to the Opéra Bastille in the evening and groups wait for coveted tickets during the day.
