Everything is run down in this hotel. Rooms are dirty, worn, cramped & old. The only thing they don't lack, is HEAT! Choose a hotel with AC, if you go to Paris during summer time! The breakfast was a joke, but the coffee is strong & nice. My advice is to pick another hotel!

It was the cheapest hotel (Hibiscus) in this area with great location. Republique metro connects with 5? metro lines, some buses. If in need, you can go and return by foot from the city centre. We had a first day trip by foot to Louvre and back. When we arrived we were allocated to nearby Bristol hotel, didn't have breakfast....

A budget holiday that is in a good area of Paris REPUBLIC. This is not a family hotel or far from a luxery hotel and if you are looking for full service then its the wrong one for you. However my room was an adequate size for someone who wants a bed to sleep in at night with clean sheets...

Although this hotel was very cheap at 56 euros for a night for a twin or triple room I wasn't expecting to be stepping over homeless people asleep on the street next to the hotel or the All Night Disco/Rave party to be going on just a few doors away in a theatre. We checked in and were given a...

Had this hotel booked through Groupon as a present. Arrived at hotel staff not very friendly, very steep shallow steps going up to rooms (there was a lift but you still had to climb steps to get to lift). Got to room which was tiny and so hot. Windows opened onto a paint peeling dirty wall. Bathroom so tiny you...

I once stayed in a place in Lanzarote with a very similar name called "Los Hibiscos" and this was a nightmare, so when my friend told me they had booked this hotel above, I was not looking forward to it as the name reminded me of this experience. Unfortunately, this hotel didn't win me over by being better than I...
