Hotel is very charming, Suite was nice with a wonderful look over the roofs of Paris and towards the Eiffel tower. Thanks for the communication before arriving. Special thanks to Christopher from conciergerie, he was the fireman who solved all (!) the special wishes, fantastic! Thumbs up for this lovely Hotel.
A fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel, from check in to check out we had 1st class service (the staff all spoke really good English) and loved the style of the hotel and rooms. The rooms are very nicely designed, very comfortable - probably the best air con we had experienced in Paris and no noise at all when the air con is on. We had room service twice and the food was excellent although only a small menu to pick from. Our room had a lovely balcony which had a table and chairs, we received complimentary water daily and iron was available on request. The rooms are a little on the small size if you have a large suitcase but we only had hand luggage so it was fine for us. The staff really went above and beyond to help us out when we were fined on the Metro for not having a photo on our Navigo travel card and the concierge gave us a great dinner recommendation in Montmarte and booked for us - everything was so easy to do. Great location too just off the Champs Elysees and less than a 5 min walk to the nearest Metro (George V) which is right in front of the Apple store and opposite Louis Vuitton and Dior. The hotel was very quiet, we didn’t see lots of other guests but we could hear other doors on our floor closing quite loudly but noise is to be expected near a busy street! We’ll definitely be booking to stay here again when we’re next in Paris!…
The staff at this charming hotel literally saved our Paris vacation (which got off to a rocky start)! Everyone made us feel welcomed and followed through with the most attentive and gracious service. Ideally located within walking distance of many attractions and great restaurants. Our concierge recommendations were spot on. I was already planning my next stay before I checked out!
Great hotel location and customer service was 10/10. A lady marguaux went above and beyond to accommodate the stay. She was lovely from the minute walked in. I will definitely be staying there again when I return to Paris! Also all the other staff were lovely too :) Thanks again x
Exceptional property with great service and centrally located just off the Champs Elysees. A particular mention goes to Christopher and Fanny at the Concierge team. Simply two of the best in Paris. Reception service is outstanding too.
Let's get the elephant out of the convention 1st. I have read many reviews about the price of drinks and rooms, honestly we all know we are staying in the centre and most expensive part of Paris, so stop complaining about the price this is one of the best Boutique hotel in Paris and yes it has its little faults which I'll adrees later. Now onto my review.. On arrival you entre this fantastic dark cosy lobby, welcomed by two extremely friendly front desk staff l, welcoming in that gorgeous French accent (lol). We had a very smooth check-in and then introduced to the concierge Christopher ( I go I to more detail later), shown the bar and restaurant area, then escorted to our rooms. ROOMS Pros- very clean, balcony overlooking Paris, partial view of Eiffel Tower. Bed and sheets comfortable, lighting good, windows fantastic, could hardly hear the street noise. Bathroom very clean Cons- little small (but we were expecting that, next time we'll get a suite). Very little cupboard space with drawers to put items had to leave a lot in our suit cases, which we hate. Shower, it is extremely slippery, kinda dangerous, no hooks on the back of the doors to hang items. Enough about the rooms, let be honest we are only in them to sleep. Bar / Restaurant We loved the bar area, the colours, design excellent. Staff very friendly and make pour great drinks, there is a however, service is a bit slow, in fact very. The bartenders aren't that observant, I mean when I finish a drink, ten mins later I have to get up from my seat and or call over the bartender to order another drink ( this is probably the only real negative to this hotel) . As for the prices, I believe I addressed above, but they aren't that bad and what I'd expect to pay in a 5 star. The restaurant, we only had breakfast, yes but limited but what we ate was delicious. Service again a bit shaky. Now on to the biggest benifit the hotel has and its their concierge Christopher. I don't know we're to start, we'll I do BUT he is one of the best we've ever dealt with. He arranged all out dinners, some lunches, we of course went on his recommendations, they were all excellent, we are food lovers so price want really a big deal, you may want to let him know what you like. He made calls for us and we skipped the lines into the Dior Gallery as well as Louis Vuitton (not sure I should thank him for that, wife and kids were happy). I believe if and or when we return to Paris, we'd stay here because of him. Thank you personally Christopher for all you did for us. In closing this is a lovely hotel, most things are in walking distance and I would highly recommend and will be doi g so to my friends and family. Thanks again to all the staff for a relaxing stay at your hotel. …
The place in Paris where highest-quality service, sophisticated interior & aesthetic food meet. That sexy salted porridge w/ oat milk & the softest room slippers ever will be another reason to make you come back asap! The perfect location in the heart of city is one of the main advantage that will make your stay so flexible to avoid the regular traffic jam. Big thumbs to the whole team & director for their hard work full of passion! Thank you & see you back soon, Monsieur George Your Emily in Paris xxx
I was recommended this hotel by a friend, and it did not disappoint! he stay was incredibly comfortable and I can not get over how welcoming and helpful the staff were. The designer if the hotel has also thought of everything - from the wonderful scent (even in the rooms! i was obsessed), the lush green curtains, the bath products, multiple shower heads, speakers that connect to your phone, and a great kitchen/bar menu. For travelers - everyone at the hotel spoke English and were very generous. I stayed for a week, and it felt like I lived there by the end.
I was there unfortunately for one night but it was an amazing stay…Mateo and Lucia at the front desk were amazing. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was very comfortable…my room was not ready upon arrival but I was able to take take a shower at the spa..overall an amazing short stay…
Christopher and his team at Monsieur George strive to provide the utmost treatment to its guests. I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel during my first trip to Paris this past weekend. Upon entry, the lush vert velvet envelopes the senses. The staff is versed in customer service during any hour of the day. The rooms are delightfully plush and cozy. The bar is enchanting and the bartenders superbly capable and entertaining. I also had the pleasure of a wonderful trip to Le Tigre spa, and Estelle was a caring versed masseuse who took all my pain points away. I felt rejuvenated afterwards. I can't wait to return to Paris and see Christopher and his lovely staff once again. Merci merci merci!
