We stayed in the duplex suite (2 floors/loft with 1.5 baths. Looks like it was decorated in the 70s and a little shabby. Upstairs marble bath was nice and new. "King" bed was only 2 twins pushed together which was uncomfortable. Mini-fridge was stocked. No coffeepot or microwave. View of courtyard on 2nd floor but no balcony. Small sleeper sofa....

We've been there a week ago, in a very nice room, very quiet to the courtyard, thanks to an upgrade úpon check-in. The hotel overall has a good location for all tourist attractions and is right across the street from the next metro station but you can also easily reach a lot of interesting places walking. Professional staff, nice and...

The location of this hotel is excellent. The main part of the hotel is really beautiful as are the courtyards but the room we were appointed was extremely disappointing considering the price we paid. The staff were nice enough to us but never offered to help with luggage when they saw us struggle on arrival or departure and didn't generally...

We booked the hotel through lastminute.com so the rate was quite good. One of our friends had been about 7 years previously and her review was positive. Great location, couldn't be closer to the centre of Paris. Good welcome by the staff, large entrance, plenty of room, high ceilings and a great first impression. However we had booked a standard...

I stayed at this hotel for a once in a lifetime trip for a parent and it was the worst european hotel I have ever stayed in!! I paid over 375 dollars for a room and it was disgusting - over a kitchen that served up chinese food, unsafe elevators and deplorable bathrooms. They should be ashamed of themselves. I...

We came here in between stays in Germany and England. The location across from the Tuilleries and just down a bit from the Louvre was just what we wanted, and handy for children. We took the American breakfasts each morning, which were pricey, but they were a feast, and the service was good. The rooms were a bit dingy, sort...

I stayed several times at The Saint James & Albany Hotel-Spa and I especially enjoyed my last time with my family. The renovations are now finished in the lobby and in the rooms and it looks astonishing! Well done! The spa is currently closed for further renovations but the big swimming-pool (very rare in Paris) is still open. Our room...
