Have you stayed in a place and said to yourself, “There’s no way I will stay anywhere else!” We’ve found that hotel for you and for us! What a great experience that we had! From the start of check in, to the early morning of checkout, it was a tremendous stay! Yao was our check in agent and wow was she amazing. She has so much information of the Shangri-La and the palace that it was situated in! We had to arrive to the hotel around noon and we expected our room not to be ready at that time so we thought we would lounge around or go walk around for the time being. Yao offered us some fine champagne and was able to lock in a last minute lunch reservation at the famous Shang Palace (a one star Michelin rated Asian inspired restaurant)! What a treat! This was our second time in Paris and it was the best time thus far many thanks to Shangri-La. The attention to detail that this hotel has and their staff is the best of the best. I felt like we were treated as if we were staying in the penthouse!! We were greeted and acknowledge by every staff member that we passed, doors were opened for us and greeted with a warm smile. We needed to print out some documents for travel because of Covid and then we emailed concierge and they actually just slid it under our door minutes after emailing, what a great surprise, and what a great service! I would give the hotel and staff 20 stars if I could, well deserved!! PS, we had some macaroons (made in-house by the pastry chef) in our room when we arrived and I can tell you with confidence that they were better than Pierre Herme’s macaroons. They were so good we got some to go as gifts for our friends, thank you so much for arranging that Vandana! Overall just an AMAZING hotel and more importantly, the staff! Well deserved slow long hand claps…

Absolutely fabulous! Stayed here for three nights for my daughter‘s 10th birthday. They went above and beyond to make it such a lovely experience for her and me. They set up balloons, flowers, a beautiful dessert tray, bottle of champagne. The room was absolutely gorgeous with a view of the Eiffel tower. The receptionist who greeted us was just lovely. We couldn’t have asked for a better time. The room was always clean and the service was top notch. We will absolutely come back to this hotel !

I really enjoyed my stay here. I had let the hotel know in advance that I was going to celebrate my daughter's 8th birthday in Paris. They really made her feel special. they had a bottle of champagne, cake, fruit, pastries and even a balloon with her name on it in the room when we checked in. It really made her birthday special. They are very kid friendly with kid bath products, kid sized bath robe and cute panda slippers. The room was immaculate. We had the terrace view room. Everything was perfection. The swimming pool was really nice and they had a lifegaurd on duty the whole time which was reassuring. I will definitely be returning here.

Everything just works in this hotel. Already our second time at Shangri-La Paris over the past five years. The nice pool area gets an additional plus with friendly stagf. And the in-hotel restaurants. Location is perfect for the Eiffel walks + taxi to other sights. Asked the staff to book us bistro-style dinners and also they were just perfect.

The staff and facilities are unparalleled in my travel experience. During our stay, the staff helped us celebrate a special family event and the whole team acknowledged it. We travel a lot and the service level here was top notch. We took advantage of the great location and views and decided to leverage their in-house dining extensively which was exceptional. All of this combined with the location and amazing views of Paris, made this a trip of a lifetime. We will definitely return.

From the time of check in to the time of check out the five day stay at The Shangri-La Paris was perfect. Adrien arranged the most beautiful suite and arranged a bottle of champagne along with a host of canapés and chocolates to kick start our stay. He was so kind and helpful. The spa was luxurious and the pool and gardens ideal after a day out. The dinner at Shang Palace was a major highlight. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so wonderful.

Me and my fiancé stayed at this hotel over my birthday weekend at the end of Feb. The staff were absolutely wonderful, Lisa at the front desk went absolutely above and beyond to make our stay one to remember, the gentlemen at the concierge were really helpful, and Fransico in room service was so kind.
