Stayed here for business week. The location is quite close to some city attractions and no need to worry about transportations. Really enjoyed and impressed by the rooms it is luxurious. Renee helped a lot about suggesting good places around. Would love to come back soon as there's another conference in Paris.

We were very impressed by not only the charm of this hotel but more importantly by the unbelievable friendliness and service of the staff, especially the front desk. As you will see from the reviews, the rooms are immaculate and well appointed (Hermes). Additionally, you are provided with a phone for use during your stay. So, we were able to...

I did not stay here on this occasion (my last visit was some years ago) and so it may be I am being a little harsh in my comments, which are based on a very brief visit when I tried unsucessfully to order a coffee and make a call on my mobile phone. Since I last visited this hotel there...

This hotel is officially rated 3-4star: but it should be 4+. It's not a grand chain hotel, but a classic boutique in French tradition. Discreet, fantastic location in the classy 6th arrondissement, near the Latin quarter, in the heart of early 1900s artistic and intellectual Parisian life, and 2 minutes from the river Seine. Today it's a tourist hub, vibrant...

Stayed for 2 nights in September 2016, on business. A family member had personally recommended this hotel and I must say I was not disappointed! I am sensitive to small gestures and sometimes staying at a boutique hotel does make a difference: here, upon checking in, the receptionist will take you to your room. You are provided with a complimentary...

With the effusive greeting by Jean upon arrival, we knew we picked a great accommodation. Room 501 was perfect for three adults. It has a nice sitting area downstairs to sip champagne and rest before heading out in the evening. A large bed at the top of the stairs and an adjacent room with a single bed was excellent. If...

They advertise themselves as a 5 star hotel but they are really not 5 stars. 4 stars would be more accurate. There are nice touches like Hermes bath products in the bathroom but a standard room is too small for 2 adults to comfortably stay in with any more then carry ons. That being said, most hotel rooms in Paris...

If you want a nice, cosy, elegant boutique hotel for your stay in Paris, this is the place! It will take you about 10 minutes to reach Notre Dame, about 45 for the Eiffel tower, 20 for the Louvre and the famous Champ Elysées. The place is quiet, rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the prices are well thought...

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighbourhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighbourhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
