Just returned from a three night stay in above hotel, we found all the staff very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and well maintained, we would have appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room. If we had prior knowledge we would have taken a travel kettle with us. Initially we found the breakfast a little...

We enjoyed staying at Lelavoisier for three nights. It is nicely renovated and gives a cosy feeling. The room was clean and fresh; The bathroom small but well equipped. Breakfast is in the basement, so a bit dark and it can be somewhat crowded, but the food is certainly ok.

Such an updated quaint boutique hotel in central Paris. Within a moderate walking distance to all the must see locales. We came into Paris by train we were able to find our Hotel quite easily in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. The front entrance to the hotel is elegant and that feel did not end once we entered the room....

There is a difference in noise. If leaving the elevator your room is on the right, you are potentially facing bvd. Malesherbes and this could mean road noise. Nothing bad, if you have ear plugs. Rooms on the left side of the elevator are VERY quiet. Good choice of TV stations. Clean. Separate toilet/bath rooms. Good internet.

I had a very good corner room on the first floor with small balcony - not that I spent any time on it as it was December. The place was fairly conveniently located for the metro - 8 minute walk - and was pretty quiet - which can't always be said for Paris hotels! I wasn't wowed by the breakfast...

I was so pleasantly surprised. I went with low expectations given the low price and excellent position. Close to metro. Nicest place I've stayed in Paris. The staff were lovely, too. Book with confidence. Only downside was lack of tea making but that's a minor issue.

A small traditional boutique hotel near the centre of Paris. Easy distance to main attractions and near the airport shuttle. Rooms are very traditional old style French , and well furnished . Bathroom was old style and simple but functional. Free wifi was good enough for FaceTime. Breakfast is very nice and fresh petit patisserie and eggs are nicely cooked...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel about two weeks ago. We couldn't have been more pleased. The room wasn't huge, but big enough for a comfortable stay. It was very clean and had a nice balcony with a street view (also very affordable for Paris). The staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. Vanessa recommended a great...

I stayed in this hotel during the Euros, close to the subway and nearby lots of little brasseries which were great for the day. Unfortunately couldn't really find any bars that were close for the evenings. 3 of us shared a room which was quite large and the sofa bed was in its own little room. Honesty bar downstairs in...

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The shower / bathroom was ok but could do with being upgraded. The key isnt ideal with the keyring it comes with but this can be left at reception which is 24h. Location is very good. All in all a great stay.

Who has never dreamt of enjoying a gentle night in a decor which is peaceful but joyous, elegant but modern, comfortable but contemporary. Or, of different places which we feel could be “like home”.
