This is a really good place to stay in Paris. The location is fantastic right on one of the main streets of Le Marais and very convenient for that area but also walkable easily to Bastille, the Notre Dame area and a little further to...More
Such a great location. Hotel is full of character with friendly attentive staff. Wasn’t the most comfortable of beds, would be nice if they could be replaced. But apart from that we had a really lovely stay, thank you.
My daughter met me in Paris and she is 23- so I knew she could find the perfect hotel for me- nothing modern. I wanted to stay in an ancient section of Paris that was clean and elegant. This hotel is it. The rooms are...More

The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendour. This neighbourhood unites a rich mix of
people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.

The hotel is in a great location. It is a five minute walk to the Ile de la Cite (Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle); maybe 10 or so minutes to the Louvre. It is in the Marais which is a great area that includes the Picasso Museum, tons of restaurants, cafes etc as well as boulangeries, cheese shops, wine shops, fruit shops, etc. The hotel is also a five minute walk to the Metro and a bus stop is around the corner.

Absolutely!! It's perfect locationwise. Quick walk to Notre Dame, cafes and restaurants there, the Marais, Saint Germain, the Louvre. You'll probably need to take the Metro or Uber or a cab to get to the Eiffel Tower... More
Absolutely!! It's perfect locationwise. Quick walk to Notre Dame, cafes and restaurants there, the Marais, Saint Germain, the Louvre. You'll probably need to take the Metro or Uber or a cab to get to the Eiffel Tower unless you really like long walks. The Velibe or public bicycle system is another option.

We had a small back room facing the internal courtyard. Yes there was a small fridge and we were able to store a small amount of food items and water. We actually forgot to check the fridge on departure and left some nice chocolate in there. Enjoy your trip to Paris.
