We stayed 2 nights at the Pavillon Des Lettres last week & thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I think the 'clueless' staff member referred to in another review is probably in training & while she was not the most efficient, she was neither rude nor arrogant. We found front desk staff exceptionally polite & helpful with directions, booking taxis & suggesting...

We just arrived in this hotel For a businesstrip For the second time. It is a Nice hotel in the city Center. The rooms Are small and the staff arrogant. Don't expect a good service when you visit this hotel. For example, we just had a fitness workout and we tried to order some drinks at the outside bar area....

A well presented boutique hotel in a convenient location near the Champs Elysee, Madeline Church, Grand Palais and Petit Palais. Walking distance to Les Invalides and the Place du Concorde. Rooms are a little on the small side but tastefully decorated. A kettle and tea/coffee making facilities would have improved our experience. Unfortunately the young lady on the front desk...

This boutique hotel is quaint and lovely. The service is awesome. I booked for 20 people for 1 night as we were on our way to Bordeaux for our wedding. So many other hotels said that they couldn't accommodate us for one night because they are only a "small hotel". I really didn't understand why as we were willing to...

Love this hotel. Really smart and trendy, in a brilliant part of town where you are really close to everything but off the beaten track. Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Le Pavillon des Lettres... The 1st Paris literary hotel! In the image of the 26 letters of the alphabet, the rooms and suites of the Pavillon des Lettres reveal the beauty and poetry of the various authors. Behind each door hides the spirit of a poet, a writer, an impassioned virtuoso, a genius, which will give a special atmosphere to the room, with the help in particular of extracts chosen and printed on the walls. A few steps from the Champs-Elysees, the Pavillon des Lettres opens the doors of Paris fashion and trends to you. It is excellently located close to the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore, symbol of haute couture and refinement and composed of art galleries, embassies and luxury shops. At the heart of the prestigious neighbourhood of the Elysee Palace and Place Beauvau, the Sotheby's and Christies galleries, just a few steps from the Place de la Concorde and the Grand Palais, the Pavillon des Lettres breathes luxurious elegance and the muffled charm of the great houses. ... more   less
