Value
By settling in the heart of the lively, eclectic Marais, Sinner breaks the rules of a luxury hotel. As it reveals its own take on the city, it shares its vision of Parisian style, which is a true departure from long-established traditions. Sinner pushes back boundaries. It captures an irreverence without renouncing the luxury and elegance characterizing the capital’s finest establishments. Staying at Sinner is (re)discovering Paris where religious heritage, history, glamour, and mystery all mingle.

Lots to love about this hotel, it's like a fantasy experience for adults with everything from attendants in cloaks who carry lanterns to show you your room to smoke filled lobby every evening. Rooms are found in pitch black hallways with lights over deep red doors. And there's a 24/7 hamman.

Rooms are generously sized for Paris, esp the Deluxe category, though you pay for it. Nice touches throughout from music (a turntable or blue tooth) and workout mat and dumbbells in the closet. Room service is quick and turndown is helpful, replacing shampoo in the shower.

You have to like or tolerate the night club vibe to want to stay here. And avoid a room on the first floor at all costs. It's right above the lobby/restaurant where there is a DJ spinning music until late. In fairness to the hotel, they moved me the second night though it took some persistent feedback to get their attention.

I'd definitely stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic! the staff are all really friendly . The minute we walked in it felt buzzy, alive, great music and superb cocktails. We ate the most sublime ceviche with passion fruit and couldn't stop smiling and dancing - its that sort of atmosphere !

Unique atmosphere (suggest to research it online beforehand), ideal for dates in my opinion. Food was unexpectedly good, portions substantial and the price was lower than what I would expect for a 5-star hotel restaurant with such a unique theme. We got the crispy rice (very good) to share, then we got the three mini burgers (okay) and the black Angus (delicious). Would definitely recommend. Not for families.

The hotel itself is nicely positioned. In the Marais district which for me was ideally placed.

I drove up from the south of France. I planned to use valet parking however there was no where to stop outside the hotel so utilised the car park which is just a number of door down the road. Underground and seemed secure.

On arrival there were quite a few staff milling around the entrance. I was checked in quickly and led by candlelight to my suite.
I opted for a large type room for my stay.
The rooms are plush. They seem to have thought of everything from cool art, to lube, to amenities that go beyond.
No problems here.

I had lunch once in the restaurant. The menu is decent or a varied choice. I was feeling indulgent so enjoyed a bottle of Laurent Perrier (rose) and a selection of small plates. All delicious. However exception is given to the meringue which fell short. Clearly made prior and no chewy interior.

I too enjoyed some drinks in the bar pre and post dinner. The bar though is where the service falls short. The drinks on themselves are fine but the service is very slow.
Feel again,‘indulgent, I opted toward the end of the evening because f a whiskey which I had not tied before, cost £60GBP for the glass - sadly though, this never arrived so I left.

The cleaning maid did not arrive to clean my room one day, so I called and this was arranged however the maid informed me that she would not clean the room with me in it. Turns out she had a rotten cold too (which, a few days later had an impact on me too).

All in all a nice hotel with good food but the service is very slow and disappointing.

Our stay at Sinner hotel started off on a bad note with our air conditioner. We checked into our room and it was filled with hot and stale air like the air conditioner had not been running for a couple of hours. We thought no big deal we will turn it down and when we return from dinner it will have cooled down. Unfortunately when we returned from dinner the air had not cooled the room at all compared to when we checked in. We were a little concerned at that point and decided to turn it down a bit more to see if that would make a difference and try to get some sleep. In the middle of the night we wake up in hot sweats and request the front desk to send someone to check out the air. The gentleman that was sent stated our air was working fine and that the temperature of the room was marking 68 Fahrenheit according to the front desk computer which was absolutely not true. The gentleman said to give it a few hours to cool which an air conditioner for a 5 star hotel should not take hours to cool. We spent the entire first night and following morning in a hot boxed room of stale air with no circulation whatsoever. Do you think Sinner even offered a water bottle for the inconvenience of paying nearly $1000 a night to sleep with no air conditioning? Nope! They ended up fixing whatever the problem was the following day in the afternoon and when we came back to the room it was explained to us that the heated floors in the bathroom were turned on and that is what was not letting the air cool which one should have nothing to do with the other. If i want to heat my bathroom floor and have my air work it should. Pretty horrible experience to have for such a nice hotel and the response to the problem was even worse.

Absolutly a great hotel experience. Very strong concept ( and fragrance :)
Big attention to details, specially in the rooms - where all you expect from a 5 star hotel comes in a way matching the whole concept.
Been staying at all hotels belongs to EVOK hotel collection - all very individual but same very high level of guest experience in all aspects. Bravo!

We had so much fun at the hotel. The incense smelled wonderful. The smoke was super fun. The disco red shag elevator was a dancing machine. The rooms were superb!!! Warm floor in the bathroom, the rain shower gorgeous, the shampoo, conditioner, soap great. Super quiet at night. Bathtub with the music playing devine. The housekeepers were charming and everyone who works there was just so kind and caring. Would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it. It is not just a hotel, but an experience! The record player in the room was the whipped cream on the delicious cake.

If you're looking for a hotel that oozes with coolness, this is it! The rooms are totally incredible, with attention to every little design detail that makes them feel like a work of art. The church meets sinner theme adds a unique touch that we absolutely loved. And the neighborhood? And maybe Paris' coolest hotel bar. Amazing. It's filled with great shops, bars, and restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. - our favorite Paris hotel

So, like, let's be real - while the inside of this hotel is pretty dope, we couldn't help but feel kinda meh about the hotel exterior - but that's a picky detail.

This concept hotel is cool. The rooms are well decorated to the very detail.

Unfortunately its management is ruinous. Ugly Service. Let me explain why: at half past midnight I called reception because the noise of the club music was so loud I could not sleep. Nothing was done. At 1:20am I called again to complain and by 1:45 finally music faded or stopped.
In the morning I had to go through lengthy discussion explaining that hotel is for sleeping (duh) and my experience was poor.
Basically they told me I was making this up and that noise level was ok. Not only I could not sleep but also I got to be called a liar.
Brought it up to manager level and been told to suck it up.
