Detailed Reviews
Value for money like all Ibis budget hotels, location is not good, 900 meters form the nearest metro station, however the closest bus station is 180 meters away.
I had a worrying incident, someone came to the room and asked to check the check-in paper i have which includes the password to the room (6 digits code to open the room) and then he said nothing and left. I reported to the reception, they didn't know who he is, and i requested a password change, which made me fee insecure.
the room is of good size, with basic amenities. breakfast is ok for 6.6 Euros (only croissants, coffee, jam)

I was dreading to go here because of the reviews but actually it is a very practical place with clean facilities and basics you need for a hotel. Room was clean, had all the basics and kept clean. You really cannot expect too much from a budget hotel and it provided the basic necessities which is a lot better than expected.

Reasonable location
Staff extremely unfriendly
Currently in cold room after having asked for an extra blanket ( only very thin duvet provided) but informed that they haven’t got one. When pressed as my child was cold, they said the at they would speak to someone. That was an hour ago and no one had been up to provide one. It is freezing. Heater not for for purpose.
Breakfast great though!

Safe are rude and unhelpful. Make sure you take a kettle, towels, toilet roll etc as the room is very very basic.
T.v didn’t work, heater came on and off when it wanted.
Location is poor and it’s quite a scary area at night with people hanging around the street.
Stayed here for 5 nights, would have left the second night but stuck it out. Would not recommend hotel or location

As you walk through the keypad entry door, there is a separate toilet and shower room, a good sized double bed a sink to the side and a TV. We stayed on the 5th floor facing another building and a park. There are a 3 metro stations within walking distance and you can walk to the station which leads directly to gare du nord for eurostar.
Only complaints, there wasn't a kettle in the room and the pillows were too soft. But the room is wonderful and good value for money, it is cleaned well and have been more than happy staying here for the few days.

I've honestly never written a hotel review but after the experience we had at this place I felt it necessary.
When we arrived at the hotel we really inspected the mattresses/under the sheets etc. for bed bugs and were fairly confident there weren't any. The sheets had minor stains but my two friends and I have all travelled extensively around the world so that didn't necessarily bother us. Looking back now I realise the stains were where someone had crushed bed bugs on the sheets previously because when we awoke the next day one of my friends had over 70 bites on her arms and countless on her face. We counted four adults and numerous babies in the double bed the next day.
When we asked to move rooms because of this staff acted like it was an inconvenience for them, there was no apology, there was no inspection of the room, nothing. The room we moved to didn't have any bed bugs as far as we are aware but it did have black mold growing on the walls.
The location of the hotel felt incredibly unsafe, we walked in to the city once and then decided as a group of young girls it would just be safer to get ubers everywhere. We were cat called and followed every time we stepped foot out of the hotel and there was a sort of make shift market where people were selling dirty clothes and shoes where, again, we were cat called and followed.
I've stayed in ibis budgets around the world and the standard is usually decent, you know what you're getting and its enough to leave your bags and sleep etc. but this was something else.

The hotel smells very bad, I don't know if it is some chemical they use to disinfect or what, but even in the room the smell was very strong.
Cleaning staff shouting outside our rooms since 8 am, they were arguing loudly. Zero education and respect for the guests. I paid only for one night, and they asked 2 times if I wanted cleaning done. What kind of world do they live in? Who would want cleaning if you stay only one night. Lousy management and organization.
The bathroom is horrible, it looks like a prison bathroom.
The area is the worst, there is a market on the street steps away, which looks quite dangerous.
There are no hand towels, only 2 for the shower of a very bad material.
Not recommended, the value of the hotel should be much lower, not even 30 euros should cost.

We arrived at 630am and the reception allowed us to do an early check in for 10euros extra. Paris is an expensive city. This hotel was pretty decent. The room was small but livable. They had comfy beds, a good TV, clean showers and toilet with good water pressure. I think the rooms were pretty sound-proof. You will have to walk a bit.

We arrived after a late flight into Paris at approx 11pm and due to the late hour decided not to tackle the metro and get a taxi to the hotel. Thank goodness we did!
When the taxi pulled down into the street the hotel is located on, the street was full of what we assumed to be homeless people (later confirmed by taxi driver) and a ridiculous amount of rubbish. The area was incredibly dirty, the people walked out towards the taxi in an intimidating manner. It was evident this wasn’t a good area to stay.
As 2 young females, we would not have felt safe staying within this area and really want to highlight this to all others planning a trip to Paris.
The hotel itself was mediocre. The room clean, bed comfy, toilet was in a strange cupboard like room, shower in a separate ‘cupboard’ and the sink at the opposite end of the room. The walls were paper thin… we heard too much of the couples next door. Thank goodness for ear plugs!
Thankfully we were in a position whereby we could book another hotel and did so within 20 minutes of arriving at this hotel.
The next day whilst making our way to the metro station was a nerve wracking walk. We didn’t see a female for ages and the men around didn’t hide their glares.
Please please, female holiday makers do not stay here!!

I stayed here in June 2022 for 4 days, Room and bed was clean, but the carpets in hallway were having bad smell and Bathrooms also had bad smell, the bathroom fittings need replacement. There is no AC in such hot weather and we were asked to keep window open and get fresh air.
Also there is no intercom, for any query we had to go down from 8th floor.
We can't go out without breakfast so we booked in breakfast as it was mention on their sight hot breakfast, but they only provided croissant (not that great) and toast and coffee machine was giving the worst coffee I had in my life. Atleast you provide boiled eggs
