Detailed Reviews
We did a whirlwind visit to Paris for 5 days and was really happy with MAH Pont Neuf! It is exactly in the centre of the locations that we’d planned to visit - Louvre museum, Centre Pompidou, Musée d’Orsay, Notre Dame all in short walking distance, and there are also two metro stations nearby. Staffs are very friendly and helpful and breakfast was in good selection. Sometimes the wifi was not so stable but it didn’t affect us. Note that central Parisian hotels are all in small spaces, this one is just like a petit boutique hotel but it managed to pack with all amenities such as gym, spa and small swimming pool! Rooms are well decorated and equipped, we are particularly impressed with the Toto Japanese bidet, it is very thoughtful of the hotel! All in all it is an excellent hotel for what it offers and where it is located, would definitely like to go back again.

Small and intimate Hotel with Louvre, Pont Neuf, la Conciergerie, Notre Dame and other main sights of Paris within walking distance. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We appreciated that still and sparkling water (as well as coffee) was offered for free. Relaxing spa area, nice restaurant, though the tables were too small and too close to each other. Breakfast was good quality, soy milk is served upon request.

We had two adjacent rooms. The rooms are comfortable, and the cleaning service and personnel at the reception are excellent. Compared to what other Paris hotels offer, the price is reasonable, justified by the good quality of the rooms and the very convenient location.

I've had one night stay for the birthday of my son. Not only they've forgotten of my advance room and birthday requests, but the room offered for about Euro 600 was small, dark and had one single bed instead of twin beds booked. Quite rude duty manager who first said they have nothing else then start selling bigger room for Euro 100 extra and finally we settled for Euro 50. The new room was a bit better, but quite worn out and with most of the systems not really working (light, HVAC etc) which was a bit too much for just one night stay.
Hotel has small restaurant that is converted into bar in the evening with really limited offer of anything and really poor breakfast (they proudly told me that they tell all the guests it is served until 10.30 in the morning, but they actually close at 11.00-what an invention!). Generally this is by far not the 5 star hotel which is very unfortunately managed by very inattentive and arrogant young personnel which doesn't really care of the guests. The only good exception was their concierge Fabrice who was very helpful.
By the way I'm still waiting for a call from the General Manager which was requested twice, but never happened.
I suggest this hotel for this price is to be better avoided

Dear Mr Shavrov, Thank you for staying in Maison Albar Hotels Le Pont-Neuf. We have already replied you on Booking.com ans we do not understand this new comment on Tripadvisor. We are always deeply sorry to read that your last experience has not been entirely in keeping with your expectations. As explain by my first answer, our 5 star boutique Hotel is situated in heart of Paris and really conformed at our category with a warm decoration personalized. You booked a Twin Deluxe Room with size of 25m² and you stayed in a Twin Executive Room with size of 30m² on the fourth floor. We could not offer you a free upgrade in a Junior Suite as requested in your booking's comment because we did not have availability. We do apologise for the birhtday of your son but we did not have those informations before your arrival. We can understand that you did not enjoyed your stay in Paris but it is not really fair to share wrongs affirmations about rooms and services. The relashionship with our guest and a personnalisation of the service are the signature of our Parisian House. We stay at your disposal to discuss about your opinion. Warm regards. Franck Louâpre / General Manager

Never go there if you have to stay at the first floor.
Booked quite last minute for my urgent trip in Paris (well, my bad I guess), and the front desk staffs led me to a dark, narrow, closed aisle next to the front desk into my poor which felt like a dungeon. The window was not to be opened, the drawer next to the bed would not be closed. Other details see below,,,,
Staffs were unhelpful and told me it was unfortunate that I have to stay in this room because my booking was so last minute. This was a room that cost me 380 Euro/night.
I booked two nights but left after the first night. My advice: don’t trust the commercial photos.

Dear Madame, We thank you for taking the time to write your thoughts regarding your recent stay with us. I deeply regret the fact that we did not meet your expectations. As you wrote, you booked last minute and due to the high season period the rooms at the ground floor were the only ones remaining. We hope to have the chance to be able to welcome you again. The hotel is at a prime location in the city, near some of the most important museums and other monuments. The service at the hotel was very good, but the wifi was sometimes working, sometimes not, which was not helpful. Some rooms need a bit of maintenance.

We spent 3 fabulous nights in this hotel for a family city break in March 2022 and loved the room, the breakfast, the attention to detail from the staff and especially their kind and friendly disposition towards their guests which really made us feel right at home.
The location of the hotel is second to none with everything you could possibly expect from Paris right at your finger tips.
The only downside for us was that the pool was closed for renovations which was not made clear to us before we arrived but the staff made up for this by offering that we could use the pool at one of their other hotels in Paris should we wish to.
All in all this is an exceptionally run Hotel with beautiful rooms which are quiet and well appointed, and as mentioned previously the staff deserve a special thank you for their professionalism and kindness.

This hotel is the epitome of quiet luxury. It’s a beautiful, gracious hotel without the worry of being overrun during your stay by an event or conference. The rooms are gorgeous and extremely comfortable. From Japanese toilets to beautifully scented bath products, you will feel like you upgraded your home and then never left. The service is impeccable. They make sure that you have everything you need and then provide things that you didn’t know you needed. Little amenities are left on the bed each night, from herbal teas to scented disposable wet wash cloths and slumber salve to ensure you get the perfect night’s sleep. I was greeted with a bowl of fresh tangerines, madeleines, and fresh fruit juices on arrival, along with crystal glasses for drinking, all of which I enjoyed thoroughly. And I didn’t get to spend enough time in the spa, but what I did experience was wonderful. I saw one review somewhere that said that the street felt dangerous, but now I’m wondering if that reviewer was accidentally posting about a different hotel. The street is absolutely gorgeous and in one of the best parts of town - not too isolated, but not in the middle of bad traffic either. I was on a short weekend trip, and was able to walk anywhere I wanted to go in 20 minutes if the traffic in the destination was awful (which it was more than once). I love this hotel and highly recommend it!

This is a lovely place to stay. Extremely easy to get to by train from the airport (CDG), being walking distance from the station. An excellent location for bars and restaurants. The hotel itself benefits from a warm, intimate feel, very friendly and helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Food is also very good. A great place to stay for a special weekend in Paris. We would highly recommend, and look forward to a return visit.

Fabulous stay! From the moment we arrived to the minute we left we enjoyed very high level of service with the right engagement levels. All requests for reservations were handled promptly and accurately. A special thanks to Harish, we gave us some remarkable local tips on things we were looking for.
Can't say enough good things here - all great and fresh! The room, the spa and the restaurant (which has a spectacular breakfast with eggs to order) all with great serivice!
As for the location - not sure you could find a better place. We were very happy of the street location/area and easy access to everything - walking, taxis, metro, scooters/bikes, all levels of shopping, the tourist sites. Perfect, clean, fresh and friendly. Well worth it and would recommend and for sure visit again.

I think it’s honeymoon suite
Street view is great and so is the bathroom. Being a central Parisian location the bathrooms are too small for a bath tub....but the rest is so fabulous you will not need it as there is plenty more to enjoy inside and outside the hotel. The Spa is amazing too!
No there is not. One facility with pool sauna and spa
