Everything was great, location, staff responsiveness (to emails, however not to phone number provided) room size was very adequate for Europe, with one exception, our door would not lock from the inside. This was not corrected during our stay, which really is not acceptable

Just left after a few days stay at LMSG. Cannot say enough good things. Edward the manager was exceptionally kind and professional and accommodating. Even bringing our bags down to the street and chatting with us til our Uber arrived on our last day after...More

You will have to check with the hotel. Our duplex was accessible by lift but there were stairs inside the apartment to the kitchen/living area.
