Excellent location and value for money for our long weekend in the Champaign area: Reasonably priced underground parking (as we needed the car to drive to the different houses, really handy). Recently renovated rooms with the usual 4* accommodation (kettle, fridge, 32' flat screen...). Hotel conveniently located close to nice restaurants and tourist places (cathedral, Champaign caves...) and very well... More

Great hotel, warm welcome, nice employees. The room is clean, lots of space and modern. The restaurant is a nice place to relax and eat very good food. Breakfast is substantial. Only issue: air conditioning did not work properly, it was a bit too hot at night.

It's called the Mercure Cathedrale, but it's not that close to the cathedral. 10-15 minute walk. We upgraded to a privilege room with a view of the canal. What they don't say is that the canal is the other side of a busy dual carriageway. Room smelled of smokers, despite the fact there is no smoking. Ash in the window... More

Stayed here for a short break for our wedding anniversary. The hotel is a short walk from the cathedral and other main areas of Reims and not far from the A26, so it made a good base for us. It was easy to find and there was underground secure parking. I checked in on line and received a message to... More

As a family of five we had to have two rooms at this hotel but they were reasonable and they made sure they were next door. The rooms are spacious, modern, very clean and well equipped. The staff were helpful and we found it very easy to find and the access to main roads very convenient as we used it... More

We have stayed here on a number of occasions when travelling home from the Alps. The hotel is in a good location a short walk from the centre of Reims. There are plenty of places to eat in the centre of Reims, but we have found the hotel restaurant provides good quality meals at a sensible price - the children's... More

We booked one night here at the start of a week's holiday. The underground parking was excellent; reception staff very pleasant. The room was comfortable, if a little on the small side. The shower drove me nuts, as you can't fix the shower head to the wall at a convenient height so you have to hold it in one hand;... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in August. The hotel was easy to find with Sat Nav and is on a corner across the road from the canal. Our room, which was a standard double seemed a bit tired, smallish window on corner but which did have oblique view of the canal. There was what looked like an old tall... More
