The hotel was fine apart from the fact that they try to screw us over when we arrived. They claimed that the plumbing on our floor was broken so we had to move to another hotel 'latino hotel', wich was completely different and seemed like a downgrade. After seeing this 'latino hotel' we decided not to stay there and went...

We stayed at Hotel Cecyl for 2 nights in March 2016. As this was the first visit to Reims we were not quite sure where to stay – we chose Hotel Cecyl as it was close to both the train station and the city center. When we arrived we walked over from the train station as it was only about...

The hotel is nice and rooms are good value. However.....when I arrived I was told the key to my room was stuck. They said they had arranged for me to stay in another hotel 2 minutes away. The hotel was hotel Latino, and was awful! I came back and said I wasn't happy. Miraculously a room at Cecyl was found!...

We chose to stay here for a two day visit to the champagne region. The hotel is centrally situated and has two champagne houses close by within walking distance so no car required which is very important if you're champagne tasting! Room was clean and very quiet, very comfy beds. Bathroom a little on the "bijou and compact" side but...

The area in which is located is very good, in the centre of the city, right next to the Christmas market, you have a parking for which you pay only half, the staff is nice and the rooms are clean but... a very small room and the little bar down stairs is depressing (I can't really say why). So I...

We had booked this hotel 2 months before our planned visit for the Xmas markets. We arrived at the hotel to check in at 6.00 p.m. to be told our room was not longer available and that they had found an alternative hotel for us only a few minutes walk away. No explanation was given for the change. When checking...

We arrived in Reims and walked from the train station to the hotel. It's position is perfect in the middle of town and within walking distance of everywhere. Its only rated as a 2 to 3 star and for that it's very good - more than expected. We had a very nice double room, we booked the executive double -...
