My wife and I stayed here for four nights in September and had an amazing experience! We were always greeted with smiles. The owner and staff are very helpful and really nice. If you need help finding something or recommendations they are willing and happy to help. The rooms are a little small which is fine because we did not...

Nice family run hotel in the centre of Reims, close by the market area with lots of very good restaurants to choose from. I had their cheapest single room, which was VERY small, but well designed and fine for an overnight, although I thought the decor a bit weird (why was there an old leather suitcase stuck at an angle...

Good hotel and fantastic host / receptionist who was really helpful during check in. Rooms are small but they are clean and the bed was comfortable. Perfect stop over on the way to southern France. Parking is free on the street on Saturday nights and all day Sunday.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights when the accomodation we had booked was cancelled unexpectedly. Veronique and her husband David could not have been more helpful! They managed to find a room for us for 4 nights, directed us to parking places and gave suggestions for places to eat. The rooms are not fancy by any means...

Lovely little hotel no off road parking offered though, room is nice and clean, quite little street. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. Near the centre of town only a short walk to attractions. Champagne is also very nice....of course :))

The room was not large, was quirky, comfortable, but the service and staff were great. We did arrive a little late, but still able to check in easily. Good location - typical of France there are no coffee, or tea making facilities in the rooms.

This was a friendly, family run hotel which is 2 star and about correctly rated. The room was quirky and comfortable despite there being no air conditioning apart from a noisy fan. Sleep wasn't disturbed by noisy traffic since there is a sleepy street in front of the hotel. Getting in was a bit of a problem since there's no...

Our stay at Hotel Azur was made memorable by the way we were hosted by the owners and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is well situated, just a few steps from the cathedral & other key touristic sites. In spite of its great location, it was rather quiet at night. Rooms were of good enough sizes and bed...

Just as we want it, Hotel Azur is an intimate-sized hotel, very centrally located, at reasonable prices & offers such a homey & superb accommodation. The cozy & generous garden breakfast was really nice, especially in summer. The owners and all the staff are so smiling & friendly. They were ready to assist to any request or help. We were...

Stayed in Reims as a stop over on motorbikes, super friendly amazingly helpful staff in an equally fantastic hotel for the price. The hotel is situated very close to all the attractions of Reims, we were able to book a garage which is very secure and not far from the hotel. The lady on reception was the friendliest we encountered...
