This Campanile is situated well, very close to Chartres. Good parking facilities. For the cost of the room it provides very good clean accommodation. The breakfast was good although maybe a little more expensive than I would have expected. All in all, an excellent clean place to stay. We went into Chartres for dinner and watched the light & sound...

We stayed for 1 night on our way south from Calais to Rodez and booked 2 rooms for myself & my husband and our 2 teenage daughters. The hotel is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the city and near to a Carrefour & petrol station. Although quite basically equipped, everything was spotlessly clean and the beds...

This hotel lies on the eastern edge of Chatres. Although it is located in a light industrial area, it is quiet here. Not far from the hotel, there is a large shopping centre for fuel and food (Carrefour). This is a 3 storey building and we stayed in a ground floor room. The room (no 006) was equipped for disabled...

Clean, comfortable beds, good, spacious bathroom, BUT the smell of vanilla was so strong we had to keep, the room door open all evening to try and make it bearable! Really sickly and cloying. Overshadowed the whole experience. Still a convenient location, quiet, good restaurant etc, but if you don't like vanilla, avoid it!

Having stayed in several Campanile hotels in the past and not having been very pleased with any of them, this particular hotel definitely impressed. The staff were very organised and friendly and the room (in a 3 storey block of motel style accommodation) was quiet, clean and comfortable - despite its leary colour scheme!Bothe the evening meal and breakfast were...

This hotel is a very convenient stopover when traveling towards Paris (which I was), situated very close to the motorway. Staff were very friendly and efficient, and the room was bright and clean. The attached restaurant served good reasonably-priced food, but had little atmosphere. If you want to have a choice of restaurants, it's a 10-minute drive into Chartres. I...

Very easy to find beside the motorway. Rural and somewhat isolated even though located in an industrial estate typical of French budget hotel locations. Typical Campanile layout in motel style .Parking outside rooms. Very quiet - excellent for a good night's sleep in well appointed rooms. Ideal if travelling with dogs. Ample walking areas beside the hotel. This is excellent...

We have stayed here several times now; it is a little way out of the centre but a good cycle ride. The restaurant is always very good; as it is at all the Campaniles that we have stayed in over the years of visiting France. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are not particularly cheap when you consider...

Dear Guests, Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion, and thank you for your compliments on your hotel. In fact, the quilts on the beds are a standard in our chain, but if you prefer, for a next stay, call us before your check-in for that put blankets instead the quilts. Waiting to see you again, Best...

The outside appearance makes you think it is not very nice, but the rooms are actually in pretty good shape if you can get by the spider webs on the stairs and railings outside. Good, very basic hotel at a very reasonable price for passing through. Too tiny for a family of 3 to stay for long (the cot is...

Stopped for one night on our way back from the Dordoigne. We are a family of 5 and trying to find hotels / motels with interconnecting rooms is a nightmare! Unfortunately rooms at this Campanile are double or twin only, but the hotel kindly put a 'camp bed' in with us so all 5 could sleep together. The rooms were...
