Very charming accommodation. We will definetly come back again. Perfect place to stay for a romantic trip to the Loire valley. The owner was very helpful. He has built the accomodation himself, prooving a very good taste. Every room is different as they are carved in the lime. You will be astonished how nice it is.

The room was tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. We had our own terrace on which there were couches, sunbeds and a Jacuzzi. Superb and relaxing. We were only supposed to stay one night but went back for more

This is a great place to get a feel for troglodyte living in 21st century comfort. The rooms are fully equipped for the modern traveller with individual wifi in each cave, comfortable beds, good showers and a sunny terrace outside overlooking the valley. There's a lift to transport you and your luggage from the parking area which is above the...

What a place we absolutely loved it. Although it is a small hotel it is fabulous nothing is too much trouble. Our daughter's had a standard cave room and we had a superior both were brilliant. The rooms are spacious, the showers are fabulous and the technology is amazing. Each room has its own WiFi and you can watch tv,movies...

We loved the silence and beautiful environment. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed only for one night but would have wished it would have been forever. One of the best places to stay. The suite Sarrazine had two large rooms and a very nice bathroom. It was very nicely decorated.

As we approached Troglododo, my daughter and I were skeptical. It is truly an odd location down an unmarked lane off a rural road. Following the maze to the Reception, we were delighted to meet the proprietor and were taken to our room. What a delight! A large room (especially by French standards) that was beautifully decorated in soft blues,...

What a superb hotel with very helpful and friendly owner. Very comfortable, great WiFi, good bathrooms, great breakfast. Couldn't fault this place and wish we'd been able to stay longer. Very nice town also and a great base for visiting this region. Alain, the owner, built most of it himself in the original architectural style and did a superb job.

How about staying in a cave? Well, these caves have been superbly converted into en-suite hotel rooms, a lifetimes work by the owner. Our room was spacious and comfortable and so was the adjoining bathroom which had a large open fronted shower cubicle and lashings of hot water, very nice indeed! We also had a TV but everything available was...

This hotel is a little bit hard to find but worth looking for. Very warm and friendly greeting from the owner/operator. Our room was spacious and very clean, full of character pieces and in a lovely country setting. The bathroom was enormous and very modern, done in local stone with a lovely balcony set off both rooms. Eco friendly hotel...
