A great little hotel, conveniently-located in the old town of Saint-Malo. The room was smallish, but very clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. The breakfast buffet was fairly limited but good quality, with a few cheeses, breads, boil-your-own eggs and juices. It was a little on the expensive side at 12€ per person, but there...

Friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, delicious breakfast and a very good location, together with a parking option at a fair price. A cozy mid-range hotel in which we spent two nights. Good for exploring historic centre.

We stayed in a superior double for 1 night over the weekend. The hotel was clean and welcoming and the room was large and well equipped. We arrived on the early ferry and requested to leave our bags whilst we explored. The lady on reception was amazing and said we could have our room straight away which was excellent service...

A centrally positioned hotel which offers a warm, friendly welcome, well equipped and comfortable bedrooms. We would certainly stay here again. The reception staff will make you very welcome and are very knowledgeable about the lovely walled town of St Malo.

We had a few days around France and with living in guernsey we thought we'd stay over in St Malo the night before getting the boat home. We arranged to stay here due to the reports on tripadvisor and how we were not disappointed. We had our dog with us and from the moment we checked in to the minute...

We arrived with the early morning ferry from Portsmouth. When we arrived at the hotel, and they kindly took our bags although our room was not ready. The staff were very friendly and patient with my French. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. We stayed for two nights and loved it

Great reception and lovely comfortable clean room with very large bed (described as queen size? but bigger than our king size at home). Very clean and welcoming. The hotel is in the middle of Saint Malo (we booked a garage which we appreciated as the streets are very narrow and crowded, lovely for walking) and a few seconds walk from...

We stayed one night at the end of cycling Tour de Manche from Roscoff. On arrival we were directed to cycle parking in garage which was very useful - cars can be parked there too if booked in advance. We were also given a local map and directions to the local beaches and a list of recommended restaurants which were...

We were very pleased with our accommodations at Ajoncs d'Or. Last time in St-Malo my wife and I stayed outside the town walls in a nice hotel on the beach, but for this short stay we decided to overnight inside the walls for a quick departure to the ferry terminal in the morning. Our room had everything we needed including...
