Good place to stay. Residence is quite old, but very well kept. Studio are quite large and confortable. Parking under the residence. Nearby the town center (10 minutes by foot). Covid 19 measures seemed well implemented.
We needed an apartment hotel for a family stay in Rennes to allow us to eat in when needed (during Covid) and this one of the few options. The double room we rented was very small, but perfectly functional (and clean) for a family of four with small children and very affordable. The room was on the (smaller) road side, so sleeping with open windows at night (needed during summer!) was a bit noisy, but fine. Wifi worked fine. The hotel itself was quiet, but there may not have been many travellers there at the time. The staff were very friendly. There is a lift, but also nice, clean, accessible stairs.
Based 800mtrs from the cathedral with all its bars and restaurants. Clean well proportioned room with sterling size bed, clean white linen and kitchen facilities. Secure parking for 8 euros a day, well worth it
I have stayed three years at the Adagio in Rennes. It offers everything a budget conscious customer can want. A range of suites many of them spacious, l9 hours a day reception coverage, staff with good attitude and language skills, quick responses when there is any malfunction or other problem in the room and a excellent location. Most of the city is walkable and it is only 7 minutes walk to a metro station. When line 2 opens there will be a metro station across the street. The main city park is only 8 minutes walk away and a big enough supermarche for groceries is only 7 minutes walk away. The park is excelllent for sun-bathing. The magnificant re-built Gare Rennes is only 25 minutes walk so really economical place to stay.
The hotel is near the city center of Rennes (15 min by walk) and near a subway station (5 minutes). It’s easy to move from this place. The rooms are ok with a small kitchen with everything you need to cook and a nice bathroom.
