About

#12 of 64 hotels in Rennes
Travellers' Choice
The three-star CAMPANILE RENNES CENTRE - Gare is an ideal base for exploring the charms of the historic city centre of Rennes and the local area. The Hotel is close to the SNCF railway station and bus station, as well as must-see tourist destinations such as Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo and the Pink Granite Coast. The Le Liberté concert venue, Les Champs Libres cultural centre, the city centre, the future conference centre and the exhibition centre can all be reached on foot, by car or by métro (underground) from our hotel in Rennes - Gare, which is open 24 hours a day for your business trips and leisure and sports breaks. Although our three-star CAMPANILE RENNES CENTRE - Gare doesn't have a private car park or restaurant, we do suggest alternatives to make your stay as easy as possible, including car parks and restaurants a stone's throw from the Hotel. The Hotel has 64 comfortable rooms with new bedding and duvets, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a hair-dryer

Great location within 5 minutes of the mail train station. Perfect for a over night trip to Mont Saint-Michel. Good service and friendly receptionist. Rooms are nice but not as sound proof. Bed is comfy and toilet is clean.

Good location. Two minute walk to bus and train stations. From here it is very convenient to travel to Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, and other attractions in Brittany. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent service! Lovely and lively staff. Breakfast is good for the level of the hotel. What I like most is its glamorous interior design.

I choose this hotel for two reasons - it's proximity to the train station, as I had to stay there only for one night and the presence of air con. I happened to travel during yet another heat wave through France and on this particular night many records for minimal night temps were broken. I admit without the air con I would be struggling to sleep, but with it was a fantastic rest. Windows are also soundproof and I couldn't hear anything from outside on the 6th floor. The room has a kettle, although I didn't use it for just one night. The bathroom is on the smaller side. All in all very good hotel for what it is.
