My husband, myself our daughter and grandson stayed in one of these apartments en route to another area of France. We found it easily and were greeted by a very friendly girl on reception. We parked our car just outside the door and had no trouble with the security of our top box etc. The apartment was large and very clean, all facilities were available and the area was very quiet. Being so close to the ring road we easily and quickly got on our way the next morning to continue our journey. Very reasonably priced and excellent value for money. We would definitely Stay again.
Myself, my partner and our dog stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was spacious but basic. Ignore the reviews that say you can't book parking on arrival, you can. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk or 10 minute metro ride from the centre. There are local shops, a McDonald's and free WiFi.
Cost effective accommodation. We were able to gain access out of hours via the ATM style terminal which dispensed our room card. The Hotel was clean and efficient. What it lacked in soul and characture was made up by everything just being good. Nice continental breakfast at a reasonable price. I'll stay again if I'm in the area.
We arrived at 9pm with 2 young children. A sign on the door said that the receptionist had left at 12 noon. The machine on the wall gave me a card to enter the building and a piece of paper with the wrong room number on it. Around an hour later we found a telephone number and were permitted to enter a room, which was clean if basic. The hotel is NOT in Rennes centre as advertised, it is a 10 minute car journey to the centre. If you do not book parking in advance, you will not be allowed to book parking when you arrive, and I suggest you do not park your car outside with your stuff in it, as this is not a particularly nice area.
This is a perfect place to stay if you like your stay to be the way you want. The apartments are quite big and it has a little kitchenette to do breakfast or you can pay extra and have breakfast down stairs. I would recommend this place to anyone as the rooms are sound proof and very clean.
