The handicap accommodations were first rate with a superbly designed and accessible walk-in shower. However that said some of the food was very disappointing. Especially the andouillette which was quite disgusting and totally inedible from my perspective. Usually it’s a great favourite of mine having eaten it many times before. In this instance it arrived looking rather like a Donkeys Penis with the ubiquitous haricots vert beans smelling quiet frightful which warned my tummy that had I attempted a forkful would have had me rushing for the toilet I ventured cutting the beast open to see if it could be as disgusting as it smelt, I hacked off one end and cacophony of animal innards spewed out onto my plate. Fearing the worst I covered it up with my napkin and shared my wife’s burger. Alas my French is not up to complaining to the management!…
Absolutely faultless. Super clean rooms, a wonderful welcome and great well priced food. We slept like angels and the staff were the friendliest we have ever come across. We will stay here again for sure. Thank you.
We went for a room here but walked away as soon as we opened the door, the smell , the thin little mattress adn the dark gloom with some lime green cupboard in the corner...it was beyond awful it smelt of mould and other dead things and so dark , felt like crying on opening the door . so we left and thankfully found an ibis.
Stayed here one night driving through, good value for money as it’s clean and cosy. Easy to find and ideal for getting back on the motorway if you are heading south. Food was a bit average for dinner but it was late on when we ate and it was a holiday week so maybe a blip. WiFi a bit dodgy, breakfast pretty decent. Nice staff on check in and check out too.
Good clean comfortable hotel easy access. We booked it as a simple overnight while in the road south it proved to be a good choice. Very clean room and comfortable bed I would be happy to stay again if in the area.
