This is a lovely little hotel minutes walk away from the old town and with good access to the town centre and a short drive/taxi to Bergerac Airport (10-15 euros) and train station (less, can't remember how much). We got caught up in train problems due the recent Paris derailment and the storms in the Southwest which prevented us getting...

First the positives. Staff were very helpful, rate was reasonable I guess for Bergerac which is a bit if a tourist trap ( 75 euro not including breakfast for one person in double room at last minute) Car parking on the street was pretty easy, less than 10 mins from old town. Stayed on Friday so on Saturday morning the...

Good hotel for exploring the old town of Bergerac as only 10 minutes away. But hotel lacks atmosphere as no proper bar facilities, you ask for drinks at reception and they go behind the scenes to get them for consumption in the small reception area. Rooms are small but bathroom and shower good, however bed very hard and not at...

We spent 3 nights in this hotel. It was good value, and well kept. The rooms were of a reasonable size and the breakfast buffet was of a good quality. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Its in a good location suitable for the station and the old town. The pool area and garden were lovely.

it is well positioned in town. The rooms are clean and of reasonable size. Some people in the front bedrooms were kept awake by street noise, I was in the rear and it was quiet. the beds were comfy but they had plastic undersheets which my wife dislikes breakfast was ok, the quality was good but the choice slightly limited....

Convenient location. A bit put off by some of letters of hotel sign missing but apparently this had been caused by unusual hail storm the previous week. Our room (41) was at the back of the hotel, no view, but very quiet and comfortable. Staff helpful. Plentiful choice for breakfast. Towels in bathroom hang over toilet and when I stepped...

We visited Hotel de Bordeaux after studying the reviews here and we were not disappointed. We felt very welcome from the first minute and we got allocated a lovely family bedroom, well presented and very functional. In addition, the lady receptionist was very helpful and she seemed to know everything about things to do and see in Bergerac. She would...

We spent the weekend here and although out of season - so we could not benefit from the hotel facilities of garden and pool, this was still a great hotel to stay in. The location was great easy to find when arriving in Bergerac, right opposite the main square and with easy access to the old town. Breakfast was great...
