The stay was lovely. You get a room with a little kitchen with a fridge and coffee machine. All you need is provided. There is a tram station next to the hotel, you just need to go through the back door of the galleries when they are open. The staff was lovely and helped us out getting tickets and finding...

I should have listened to the negative reviews about this hotel on tripadvisor before booking. I'd agree with all of them and adding that the staff are totally unhelpful and ignorant. My wife and I had only planned to stay there 2 nights and I was so glad when we arrived at our next hotel. Don't book here if you want...

Very friendly staff - they said hello every time we walked by and offered a lot of help navigating Bordeaux by tram. They all spoke excellent English too! This was a great help to us especially on our first day in Bordeaux. The hotel itself although it is in an old wine warehouse you would never know it. This is...

The hotel is situated near a tram stop which is very convienient to get to the centre . It is a good place to stay ,reason being the great location . The breakfast is 9 euros each ,plenty of choice , but a little expensive for what it is . Rooms are not cleaned unless you pay a supplement, which we...

I was staying five days for a congress not far from there, it took 10 min with the tram located close to the hotel so it was convenient and it was even closer to town. The staff were very helpful, the quiet room was ordinary with a small pentry and a quite big bathroom, everything was very clean, but there...

We just checked in. We are on our honeymoon and just arrived from Paris. This hotel (motel) is awful! Charges for everything-I get paying for breakfast but paying for new towels or sheets? Not included?! We asked for a 'queen' and got two single beds...really? Area is more industrial and sketchy near construction. Poor plumbing too. I feel like I'm...

Stayed for one night and was very pleased. Had room in basement which was odd but whatever. No elevator access. Room was great for price and staff was helpful. Located right next door to a wave pool business so great for kids. Only a few steps to the tram which takes you to central bordeaux in 10 minutes. 7 euro...

We used this hotel as a stop over for our road trip to Southern Spain. A trifle difficult to find but on the whole, well worth it. Good size room, full king size, comfortable double bed, full bathroom with bath and in bath shower. We had a studio so had a mini kitchen with crockery , cutlery, microwave and sink....

The hotel is easy to find, lots of parking, clean and quiet. We really liked that through a small gate to the left of the hotel was the tram stop also the bikes you can use for 1.50 a day, great. Walk down the main road and you are at the river in 15 mins, a very vibrant place to...
