This is a really nice hotel and is conveniently located 3 tram stops from the cathedral/central area, you can buy tickets at the hotel. The reception folk were very friendly and helpful in pointing us where to go. The room was nice and large, the beds were very comfortable with good quality pillows. The bathroom looks like it was recently...

Stayed as family of 4 in one room. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Generally comfortable stay, bed fine, bedroom and bathroom clean. showers worked well. Location is same block as the hilton but cheaper than staying at the hilton if you are a family as you can have a room with 2 double beds(fitting family of 4 rather than taking...

I travelled in September for a business trip in order to attend the EU Parliament plenary session. On the POSITIVE side: it is very close to the European Parliament (8 minutes walk); personnel is polite; the standard room I was given was big and clean; there is a choice of pillows. On the NEGATIVE side: the structure is very old;...

Ideal for parking...we used the tram (right outside the hotel door )to get into the tourist spots, but could easily have walked. The room was huge, with a very large window....lovely views... Food was tasty and the bar staff were wonderfully helpful....even giving my husband free beers to try! A lovely quiet location.....would most certainly stay again if we were...

Booked this for a recent city break to Strasbourg through a 'Secret Hotel' deal. When it came up as Holiday Inn we weren't that impressed to be honest, but the price was good! Once we arrived though, we were really pleased we did end up there. The service from the staff is amazing - greeted by friendly staff on desk,...

we were in hurry and had no hotel. within 1 hour we booked via Internet 2 rooms for 2 couples without any problem. The service on the reception desk as well as in the restaurant was very friendly. The rooms are big and with a good large bed. The shower was exactly according our expectations, new and large. We had...

I have been in this hotel for the second time, I loved my first stay and for this second one, I read many comments and I do not agree with all of them : the comfort of bed, the cleanliness of the room were perfect, the swimming-pool is big enough; as a matter of fact, the internet is slow and...

We had two night reservation, but left early due to: A/C not working, not a 4 star, musty, meldew smell. This is an old hotel that should be rated a 2 star. We will never stay in another Holiday Inn anywhere in the world, and we travel quite a bit.

We stayed for two nights and booked by telephone rather than by internet as we have three children and wanted one room rather than two (website specifies maximum of two children per room). No extra charge for baby cot. The family rooms are big enough but the windows open fully which is dangerous for young children and the furniture has...
