We stayed at the Hotel Saint Martin for three nights in early October and found the hotel room to be very comfortable & up to date and the hotel to be a centrally located base from which to explore Colmar and the surrounding area. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful in suggesting things to see and places to... More

I was so happy to see the understated beauty of this hotel. It's charming, cozy, well situated, well priced and very clean. The room is a good size (room 20) with an elevator to most of the rooms, charming windows, nice bath, hair dryer, towel warming racks, clothes Cabinet, desk, Tv that works, excellent breakfast (12€). The staff are reserved... More

The hotel Saint Martin is ideally located in the center of Old Town Colmar, Alsace a region well known for its dry white wines and good food. Staff (mostly) speaks flawless English amongst multiple languages and are a good source of info. With a small wheeled suitcase this is a doable work from the train station if you avoid the... More

This hotel offers charm, location, and most importantly parking within the historic district of Colmar. Turn right and you are in petite Venice, turn left you see the church and the nice shopping area. Across the street is a Casino for drinks, snacks. Parking is about 5-7 minutes away in a deck (you can park in front of the hotel... More

Fantastic location and lovely rooms. A quality place in the midst of the best of Colmar. Minor drawbacks are lack of coffee in room and excess light from minibar but these should not detract from the feeling of belonging this fine hotel brings out.

Somewhat pricey for a 3 star hotel but very centrally located. An added advantage is that it is very close to numerous brasseries and restaurants, most of which however shut down very early for dinner ( between 21:00 and 21:45 at the latest!

This was a very comfortable and inexpensive hotel in the perfect spot of colmar. It had shops, bakery's and tons of restaurants all within a 10 min walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for any Alsace traveler.

Great location in lovely Colmar, easy hop to Museums and Petite Venise. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking is off site, about a 5 minute walk but driving there will take considerably longer. The lot is very popular so be prepared to circle many times. Tip - street parking is free after 7PM until 9AM the following morning,... More

I chose one of the deluxe double rooms. It had a great view overlooking the busy street and canal. The room was modern, with a nice bathroom and air conditioning. Breakfast was nice but expensive, so my wife and I went instead to one of the many cafes each morning. I loved the location, and the staff was polite and... More

We loved this hotel. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was new and updated with a bigger than normal European shower. Who can complain about their breakfast with chocolate croissants and French tea? It was pretty nice. You step out the front door and you are right in them middle of an adorable village. There are restaurants all around. All... More
