Booked afternoon tea to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, when I emailed to change date from 15th to 14th I typed August instead of June!!! I didn’t realise my mistake until we turned up for our tea, thankfully the marvellous Tim was on hand to save the day. He found us a table, got us some drinks, then went to speak to the chef to make sure the gentleman’s tea for my husband could be catered for (thank you Chef) The King Street Townhouse is our favourite place for afternoon tea and today’s food and amazing service didn’t disappoint. If you want great food and surroundings this is the place to go. Thank you Tim, you’re a star!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ P.S The Raspberry Beret and Lemonade Refresher mocktails are fabulous!! 🍸

Wonderful experience and wonderful service by Mael our French waiter. Cocktails were delicious as was food, we would definitely dine here again. Filet steak perfectly cooked only thing we would have changed is that the trout was served with bacon and my friends eat fish not meat, so a mention on the menu would have been helpful. We went upstairs to the gallery bar and staff again very helpful and polite.

Me and my boyfriend came here for a two night stay for our two year anniversary and our friends met us on the Second night. The spa pool was perfect! We made it in time for the sunset and it was a beautiful experience. Room service was amazing and drinks came so fast. Both nights Giorgos ( in particular ) made us feel so welcome with his excellent service, he gave us advice with drinks and generally made the experience better. I’m sure we’ll all be visiting again.

Fabulous afternoon tea. Excellent, friendly service. Very tasty and delicious cocktail too. They were unfortunately fully booked for an overnight stay but we will be back. Fantastic find in central Manchester. Loved the ESPA gift, very thoughtful as one was male.
