Great location which is close to the arena, printworks, arndale, Victoria station and the city centre. Great service, friendly staff, comfy bedrooms and currently very cheap!!! The only slight down side was the sound of the church bells in the morning BUT it gets you up and about 😁

Hotel's Favourite
Stayed Saturday night for first family city break since restrictions eased. It was a bargain at £35 and already planning to come back! The family room was excellent, clean and modern. We requested a cot when booking and this wasn't in the room when we arrived but came within 5 mins of notifying reception. All staff were friendly and helpful. Kids loved the escalator, playing in the spacious room and the great view across the river to the cathedral. Despite being the first Saturday night since pubs reopened fully we had no problems with noise. The beds were comfy and shower hot. For me it easily trumps Travelodge for comfort, friendliness and size of room. Hairdryer a bonus instead of having to ask at reception like at Travelodge! Great location a few steps from tram, cathedral and shops. A short hop on the tram or free bus to all the museums.

The hotel is located centrally next to all shops, bars and restaurants. On-site parking at a reduced cost (£6 per night) was a bonus. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. I can’t really fault either the accommodation or people.

Check In process was very smooth, staff very polite and friendly. Secure onsite parking a real bonus. Room very clean. Centrally located, 5mins from Victoria Station and quality pubs. Overall a great stay. Only negative is the building is rather tired despite this the staff were great and the overall experience was great
