Comfortable beds, pleasant clean rooms, friendly staff. One issue was that the self check-in kiosk gave us key cards which did not actually work, and we couldn't access our room! Apparently the kiosks have a habit of doing this, but at least the problem was resolved quickly. Otherwise I'm very happy with my stay, Premier Inn is always my first...

Situated near to Manchester Central Concert venue and direct tram routes , including to Piccadily . Excellent staff as usual and clean hotel and functional. Some noise from the trams and I thought the double glazing was not so effective. A small queue at check in Air con was noisy and after switching off ran on for 30 minutes. Usual...

This hotel is within easy reach of all the main places that you would wish to visit or see in manchester. Stayed for two nights. Very busy but very quiet once in room. Nice and clean and will provide a good nights sleep. Within minutes of china town if you fancy a good chinese. Excellent resturant next door for breakfast...

Decent Premier Inn in the centre of Manchester, across the road from The Midland and very close to Manchester Central Convention Centre. Usual format with automated check in and OK but bland rooms. Even though busy hotel was pretty quiet. Decent shower , comfy bed. Free wifi but only fit for web browsing. Not cheap though - paid £130 for...

Every reception member "Keene" and security are rude and disgusting. I stay in hotels every day across Europe and I have never experienced anything so horrendous. Colleague booked through her company and they denied us entry after 15 years of business. Ignored us at reception and gave us number for customer service which was invalid. Do not stay here. I...

We stayed for one night on a Saturday. The hotel is well located in the centre of Manchester and easy to find. Check in was quick and easy and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and modern. We were pleased with the price we paid for a Saturday night in a city centre hotel and...

Premier Inn rooms are pretty standard for what travellers need with great beds which are so comfortable. Certainly a strong recommend for the occasional visitor. Their systems and staff struggled to cope with a more complex booking where we wanted to pay up front for a group booking but will feedback to them in the hope they can sort that...

On my last visit to Manchester when my wife accompanied me we stayed at the Lowry Hotel. I have to say that pound for pound I enjoyed my staff at the Premier Inn far more. The room was very well proportioned with nice sized bed, a generous lounge area with armchair and a nice bay window. For some reason Premier...
