I have stayed here 4 times now. It is by far the best hotel in Manchester, if someone wants to visit a hotel with no personality, no history and no charm then the Hilton is down the road for the same cost. If someone wants to have an ideal location with every room being individually designed with there own charm....

Lots to like. Good rooms, lovely helpful staff, great location, mega afternoon tea, cool rooftop bar, super breakfast. Almost a 5 but I think a couple of minor things could be improved. That said, it's very good.

My stay was just overnight on a brief visit to Manchester so I didn't experience much of what the hotel has to offer, but what was provided was very definitely 5*. My duplex room was split into two levels, a downstairs lounge and bedroom combined, and a bathroom suite upstairs (twin roll top baths, wash basins, monsoon shower and loo)....

Parking is tight at front of hotel but luck was upon me and managed a place right in front. From Entering the Hotel the staff where very Cheery and attentive. 1St impression upon entering is WOW. Very relaxed atmosphere and not a corporate mass produced Hotel feature in sight. Everything seemed to be perfectly hand picked, Not the Cheapest but...

My husband and I had our wedding reception here in April (a bit late in posting review) and we really could not have asked for a better experience. Everything from the preparation leading up to the day to the day itself was fantastic. Carla and the team at GJS were exceptionally accommodating, friendly and went to great lengths to ensure...

We had a baby grand room, and it was wonderful. Tastefully decorated & the mezzanine floor made the room different from other hotels. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, we had our 2 yr old son with us, and they were more than happy to help. There were home made cookies waiting for us- which were delicious. The location for...

3rd time I've stayed in this hotel and yet again it was just fabulous. The hot tub is well worth a visit! Lovely staff, great breakfast and will look forward to coming back again soon. Don't come to Manchester and stay in a 'branded' hotel, come and stay in a boutique hotel like this one and experience the difference.

The only downside of my stay was that we were only there one night! The staff are lovely and helpful and the room was beautiful, loved the bathroom upstairs and the little quirks in the room. The roof terrace is lovely with great views and thoroughly enjoyed curling up in the chairs whilst chilling out. We returned after a night...

I really enjoyed this place, the decor is amazing, very gentleman's club. It's a very relaxing atmosphere with lively sofas you can sink into. The food was great, we had the gentleman's afternoon tea. Mini food and yumminess is how I'd described it and you get a huge pot of tea which is always a mega bonus to me! The...
