Clean, spacious and modern rooms within walking distance of central Manchester. Free Wifi in your room Good value for money but make sure you get down for breakfast before 9.00am as its a buffet that gets really hectic. The eggs were really overdone as well. I'd definitely consider staying here again

Spent one night on this hotel on a queen room. Beds are excellent and comfortable, the hotel facilities are great and everything is quite new and modern. Loved the shower's water pressure and temperature, which is usually an issue in many hotels around Manchester. Location is also a plus, right in the heart of the city center Free breakfast the...

Spent two nights here, lovely room. Very clean, great shower and a very pleasant breakfast albeit served in a fairly utility environment. Will definitely return. Very close for the Arndale centre and numerous restaurants and bars.

Great central location. Near to the northern quarter, which is good for a night out with bars and restraunts. Close to shopping areas. A new hotel with good decor. Friendly staff. Breakfast included in the price was pleasant. We will return.

We chose the hotel as it is called the arena hotel however it is a 10 minute walk up and down hill, to the arena which isn't too bad but we thought it was minutes away. Downside with it is the parking as you have to park away from the hotel and the parking they recommend is on waste land...

My husband and I stayed here when going to watch a concert at Manchester Arena. The location of the hotel was great, in the popular Northern Quarter district of the city centre, close enough to the many bars and restaurants but not too close to be disturbed by noise. On arrival the reception staff were friendly and attentive and this...

This is actually one of the better HI Express weve stayed in, modern with above average decoration. If you can actually find it you'll probably like it. it only gets a poor rating because of where it is. Honestly it's horrible. A real shame because otherwise we would have rated it good. There is no parking except a pay one...

Booked a 1 night break the day before travelling. I was 1st impressed after emailing requesting a 'room with a view' only mins later got a response advising we had been allocated the top floor with views of the city. We arrived early and although told our room wouldn't be ready until 2 pm staff were happy to take and...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel last weekend. We found the hotel spotless , the beds comfortable with large rooms. The provided breakfast was very good ( unlike some of the reviews I have read ) plenty of good quality and nicely cooked bacon and sausage , even the machine coffee was quite nice. On the down side...

Holiday Inn is situated in the middle of the city centre of Manchester. Perfect for a trip to Old Trafford (lots of Man. Utd. supporters). Service is good and breakfast is standard. The breakfast restaurant a bit crowded.
