Excellent location for a modern, clean & smart hotel at an all round value for money experience. 2nd time we stayed here and the standards have not changed. Very happy to use this as our base for Manchester in the future.

I would say use the trams - but they are busy on match days. Taxi is a good site for none locals. The walk is about 40 minutes
