5 minutes walk from the train station to the hotel. Friendly staff at reception. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, very quiet. Nice hot and cold buffet breakfast. Stayed at the hotel for a 2 day meeting, and we were impressed with the meeting rooms and service.

there are two people who work here that epitomise the meaning of "customer service". Jeny (from Spain) and Fabio (from Portugal). What ever they are paying these guys..... they need to double it ! A credit to themselves AND the venue

Arrived early and the staff were helpful. Once in our room we then went to restaurant. When we returned to our room the credit card key wouldn't work, Got it replaced at reception and back to the room - only minutes later heard people trying to get into our room. They had been allocated the same room. Room was small...

We stayed in a twin room which had desk, wardrobe space, ample room for two people pleasantly surprised at lack of noise at night. We stayed in room 423, we chose this hotel as we were going to music event at Retro Bar. Close to Piccadilly station for trams around the city, about a 20 min walk to Deansgate, enjoyed...

Stayed one night and attended a conference there next day. My room was compact but was very well laid out and it was very comfortable to work at the desk. Breakfast was excellent with comprehensive choices but spoiled a little by lukewarm "stewed" tea. Conference facilities were excellent and the snacks at tea breaks and the quality of food at...

I attended the above meeting to as a rep from Thornton and Ross who had booked a stand. I Thought Fabio Pina was extremely professional, helpful and went the extra mile. Nothing was to much to ask. He has a pleasant personality and is a credit to the company. Christine Roberts
