Absolutely loved staying in this funky hotel - from the contemporary pop artwork and wall paper to the cute radio and books for night time reading on the bedside table. The decor and menu and even language is based on a New York theme. Everything in this hotel is fascinating and a delight for the eye - from the "suited" armchair and retro charm to the warm welcome by reception staff who obviously love working here. An unforgettable experience! Stayed in room 802. The room had an interesting layout with a king size bed and all the necessities including a safe and fridge. Would have stayed longer if booking had been available. Please open more themed hotels like this elsewhere in the UK!

It was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Me and my partner stayed for 2 nights, we have stayed in a fair few luxury hotels around the UK and this one has to be our favourite. It totally beats its other competitor Hotel Gotham in Manchester out of the water. The staff were a delight. Very helpful and polite. My partner even had an unfortunate accident on a night out (not hotel related lol) and the staff did everything they could to administer first aid. We ate dinner and breakfast here and the food quality was outstanding as was the service, the staff are an absolute.credit to this hotel! We stayed in the Brooklyn Suite. It was immaculate, the bath was to die for and the bed was the comfiest we have experienced in any hotel. I also requested a card to be left for my.partner upon our arrival which they duly did and I thought that was a nice touch (I asked the same at Hotel Gotham but this simple request was never fulfilled). On arrival the filters in the air con needed cleaning. This was done extremely promptly and the engineer who came was so polite and knowledgeable and showed us everything we needed to do if any other issues were to arise. Again, he was a credit to this hotel. If there was a slight complaint it would be that the room service menu is outdated (they do not serve much of the food advertised on the menu). The windows also do not open, however the air con is very effective. Other than this however the entire experience was amazing and we will definitely be returning customers, best hotel in Manchester and the best one in our personal experience by far. Amazing hotel! Always my top choice when visiting Manchester, if only it was a little more affordable but you get what you pay for. The location is spot on and the hotel aesthetics are beautiful. I’ve stayed in a club room which was great but small, some minor things like stain on the floor, gloomy room however I later stayed in an executive room which was perfect. If I’m treating myself, I’d definitely fork out the extra cash just for the exec room. It’s worth it.

Greeted with a smile, attentive staff who want to help one enjoy the best this classy hotel has to offer. The king size bed was like a cloud and pure comfort. The in suite showers are upscale and delight. The amenities are also upscale. When in Manchester this is where I return to.

Wow. I book my stay directly with the hotel, i’m sure i was slowly becoming a pain with all my questions but Jo the lady who took the booking was amazing. The room was outstanding, very spacious and great views. Breakfast counter well stocked. i would defiantly recommend the hotel to anyone and look forward to my next visit here or the new one planned for liverpool.

From being greeted by front desk to waiters and cleaners everybody involved at Hotel Brooklyn were professional yo a very high standard. Bed was comfy and the decor was an old school look with a modern feel. Shower exceptional and very clean. Food and bar area superb, I liked the big screen and chill out cushions where you can zap the qr code and order snacks and drinks without having to move a muscle. Overall a fantastic stay and I will be booking again the next time I'm in Manchester. Calue for money in a top location.

Nice looking and stylish hotel in a great location; however, a little pricey for what it is in my opinion. Even though it is a relatively new hotel, some of the decor in our room was already starting to look a little tired. No options given to upgrade to breakfast on check in which was a little disappointing. Would also expect more amenities in the room for a 4 star hotel. Overall a nice enough stay for a one night trip but nothing special. Disappointing as I booked for my husbands 30th and not even a note left in the room to say happy birthday.

Really impressed. Stayed one night as we were attending a gig nearby and everything was great. Check in was smooth with our room being ready on arrival. Rooms are nice and spacious and very quiet, did hear a sound the whole stay. Had a few drinks in the bar when we returned for the evening and breakfast the following morning. Food was great with plenty of options. All staff from the chef to the reception team were really friendly and welcoming. We originally booked to stay back in November 22 but I unfortunately got covid the day we were due to check in, staff were fantastic at rescheduling the booking for us so last minute and kept the date open until we decided when to change it to. All changed over at no extra cost which was amazing! Thanks so much!

Stayed one night on business trip. The hotel is very modern and central, only 10 mins walk from the train station. The conference room on the top floor was spacious with lots of natural light which is great when you are set for a long day. My criticism is good. We had lunch which was awful- lots of brown sandwiches and chips. So not healthy. Breakfast selection was also poor. Scrambled eggs were cold. Coffee from the machine wasn’t great either.
