we arrived to the manager stood in the door way smoking. Confused as to if it was the hotel or not we ended up getting asked if we are staying there.. then With a brief description of which key is which and what room we were in we managed to find the room. Everywhere was grubby and paint and decorating...

We arrived , we're given our keys and told that we wouldn't be allowed to use the bar downstairs later... We walked upstairs, past a grim looking nightclub, and found our room... Poor is a suitable word. We had a look at the shared bathroom facilities and they were stinking, the lino was peeling on the floor, with no lock...

Absolutely fuming! I've been accused by the manager of the Rem in Manchester of stealing a £200 drill! He even says he's got cctv footage of me with it wrapped in a towel! Bollocks!!We did stay there on Wednesday night but quite obviously would never steal! I've told him to go to the police, in fact I've contacted them myself...

Stayed at the hotel for all of about an hour. When I arrived I checked in and got my key as expected, but it took me 15 minutes to actually be able to unlock the front door and the door to where the rooms are kept (probably due to a faulty key rather than anything else). I went to the...

The hotel part of this nightclub is currently undergoing refurbishment, so yes, there are half-finished walls, but the place isn't all that bad. Remember, you're stopping in a nightclub, so it will be noisy on weekends and the floors below the hotel floor will be sticky, but more than likely, you're only going to stop the night, so get out...

The most creepy and dirty place i've ever seen. Walked out after 5 minutes, pity i had payed on internet before. Can't think that people actually pay for that, not even 5 pounds worth. Door of the bathroom was HALF, Bed was dirty, smelling awful, there was no light on the stairs. Disgusting. Have no words to describe how unhelpful...

I choose as booking a room and paying on the day was an option. I asked to do this and all is fine. I give my card details for security in case I cancel at very short notice. Fair enough. Regardless they take the payment immediately. Then at very short notice they cancel my booking as they are overbooked leaving...
