Would definitely recommend this place for the great atmosphere and friendly service, especially a lovely young lady called Rebecca who took the time to talk to us about Manchester and had a lovely smile. Great range of drink and good prices. Local bands playing were also fantastic .

My room is on the sunny side. Minimum 35 degrees celsius or 95 degrees fahrenheit in the room. Airconditioner is not working in my room. The hall is very cool. The hotel says it is hot in all rooms on this side. The receptionist said many are complaining and that maybe the A/C is out. WHY IS IT COOL IN...

I hate to let an external service provider bear the brunt of a review but the internet is simply not good enough at this hotel. My initial room was so poor that I spent 20 minutes on a call with Ibahn's support only to move rooms. I have tried to access email on their 'premium' service in the new room...

Good size rooms, ours had two double beds, and a sitting area and good size bathroom. The location is also good with it being on Deansgate however, that is also the downsize. Although the hotel has attempted to double glaze the traffic that runs outside the hotel is still very noisey, waking me up. The bathroom was fitted circa 1980...

Stayed for just one night at this hotel. The room we had was very large and perfect for our requirements. The bed, the pillows & duvet were the best I have known in any hotel, possibly the comfiest bed I have stayed in. Great location, friendly staff, perfect for what we wanted.
