I stayed here a few years back and it wasn't too bad so decided to stay again as it's very central and close to the Arena where we were going for a concert. I was asked for payment on arrival which I wasn't asked before, given a room key and guided to the lift. When we arrived in the room...

Arrived at this hotel for a one night stay after a concert. Aside from the terrible decor, the hotel reception absolutely stank of smoke. Our rooms were not properly clean - body hairs in the baths and sinks, windows so dirty you could barely see out and floor covered in bits. They also smelt strongly of smoke. All came complete...

This has got to be the worst place I have ever stayed in (and I've stayed in youth hostels!). We needed the room as we were attending a gig at the arena and travelled down from Edinburgh for it. We stupidly never checked reviews before we booked (rookie mistake as I would NEVER have even considered booking if I had!!)....

The tired reception area with plastic glazed revolving doors should have alarmed us ,the receptionist presented our key card and directed us towards the lift .Our room was cold though not uncomfortable and to be honest we got off asap in the morning.my concern is that at no time were we made aware that we were sharing accomodation with homeless...

My husband and I stayed in this hotel, room 318, upon arrival 28 January 2017 we were greeted by rude staff who clearly had no customer service skills and had no idea how to check quests in. Once allocated our room, we were instantly hit by a foul smell. Upon investigation of our room we discovered the carpets were very...

Don't bother. It's a lot like the hotel Tom Hanks has to stay in in the film Big. None of the furniture matches, bed is a shambles and I was itching for days after but that was probably psychological.
