Beautiful hotel inside and out just a street away from Canal street and is in the centre of the gay village. Friendly staff and honest about room service being bad so they recommended going to the kebab shop across the road which we liked their honesty! The room was amazing and we know what a nice hotel room is. Typical...

The hotel is lovely.... Staff friendly... We stayed for two nights. The room though custom had no towels on arrival.. The room had no main lighting which became difficult when trying to put makeup on!!! The loft hatch is open which can worry you and although several pleas to sort we leave it that way. Shame! Location is perfect....

Excellent location, had a nice big room on the 4th floor. Could not hear any noise from outside and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, you order when you sit down and is cooked fresh for you. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Good quality hotel, very clean but let down by basic failure of service functions. Unable to get a cheese sandwich or soup via room service was on the night menu. No other vegetarian options were available.

Great position but service and cleanliness very poor. We came to celebrate our daughter's birthday and suggested our friend and family book in. All were disappointed. The room cleanliness was well below par and the service was terrible, just not enough staff to cover the amount of guests staying.

I arrived at the hotel, the female staff member was friendly however I found the male staff a little austere and unfriendly. Breakfast location was not explained although the times were. I booked a taxi at check in. The room was comfortable but a little small for the price. The bed was comfortable, the shower nice and overall clean and...

Great room, good central location. The hotel seems under staffed and the breakfast experience was terrible. Long wait to be seated. I had to ask 3 times to get tea, coffee and when the food finally arrived it was not worth the wait. The continental buffet was not replenished and overall it was poor. It's a real shame that the...

Centrally located hotel, but this was part of the problem. The noise from traffic was constant throughout the night, and as a result I found it very difficult to sleep. Breakfast was really nice, and the room was comfortable, but would not stay on a busy noisy Saturday night again.

Great hotel centrally located thus ideal for the bars and restaurants in Manchester. The room was well presented although a little noisy as a result of the close proximity to the road - we were aware of this so not a huge problem, although if we were to stay again it may be advantageous to request a room as high...

We did a Saturday night here (5/12/15). Didn't spend much time in the hotel. It staff friendly, room small but fine. 5th floor so no more noise than you'd expect given location. V central. Good breakfast (inclusive for us so not sure of price otherwise). Would definitely stay again.
