At the gateway to the Northern Quarter, with its laid-back Bohemian vibe, sits Hotel Indigo® Manchester – Victoria Station hotel. Just a short distance from Manchester City Centre, and a one-minute walk from Manchester Victoria train station. This is a neighbourhood where anybody with an idea can change the world – it is a place where the norm is challenged, and different ways of thinking are celebrated. We stayed here last weekend in a king room. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed / pillows very comfy! I love the quirky decor and the floor to ceiling windows. Last time we came breakfast was a shambles however this time service was fast and the breakfast cooked fresh ( although it does say two eggs on the menu but you only get one ) Something I think could be improved is the reception. Service is slow and one of the receptionists tried to fob both my party and my friends party telling us breakfast wasn’t included when it was so we came to the conclusion she was just trying it on. Therefore it’s just reception letting it down which is why I marked it 4 and not 5. NCP print works carpark is just £5 for the night but the lifts didn’t work and there was a lot of drug parafinalia like bloody tissues and crack packages so having flipflops on I was very careful where I walked. Might be worth paying more to stay elsewhere!!

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay! We came for parklife weekend, honestly had the best nights sleep, the beds were so comfy I would love to know the make of the mattress so I can go buy it for home 😂 Breakfast was amazing, staff were friendly and went out of their way for us. Literally not one negative thing to say, the hotel and our room was beautiful!

Good morning, yes I have some feedback to share with you. Firstly, I paid £330 for 2 nights at your hotel, that's £165 a night. Our room was grubby and unclean, hairs were everywhere and there were traces of feces in the toilet with no toilet brush for us to resolve ourselves. The TV did not work once while we were there, we would turn on and it was just a black screen with sound but no picture, the peoole staying in the room next to us would wake up at 5am and open their door all morning, banging furniture around so they could prop the door open with a chair. And talk loudly with the door open all morning at 5am. The air con did not work for us at all while we were there and without any opening windows, it was way too hot in there for us. We asked to love but we were told you were fully booked so had to make do. When I booked, it says on booking.com that clean towels etc were brought and the bed sheets changed... This didn't happen once... I thought house keeping was included in the costs but we had the same sheets and towels our entire stay. I asked for these to be changed and was told they would be as per my request but they never were. Once again I am unsure what I paid £165 a night for. Even before the stay I sent a message and was ignored for a whole week. This is my feedback to you, thank you

Lovely hotel, great design, comfortable bedroom, views over the city and friendly Reception. Let down by very poor options for Vegan breakfast. Was told the 'vegetable' sausage, the hash browns and the Flora spread were not Vegan so it didn't leave much choice!

Stayed here from the 29th to the 30th of August attending a family wedding in the city. Check in was easy and the staff were very helpful and polite. The room was stunning and catered for everything we wanted and more. The breakfast in the morning was good and overall an amazing hotel would highly recommend.
