Just back from a two night stay. Hotel is a mix of old and new, creaky floorboards but modern bathroom fittings. We loved it. Staff very polite and efficient. Evening meal was delicious, my goats cheese salad starter was the nicest starter I've had in a long time. Cotswold walking trail is on the doorstep. Make sure you book your...

Stayed on a two night break with Groupon. Hotel is quiet and unobtrusive. Excellent staff and service. Room was fresh, clean and spacious with lots of wardrobe space. Lovely food, good beers and a well stocked bar. Very enjoyable.

I was booked a night in this hotel as part of a work commitment. It was a long journey down but i was greeted by a lovely receptionist who made me feel very welcome. The hotel was having a few upgrades so they gave a complimentary glass of prosecco which was a nice touch. The room whilst a little small...

This is long overdue.... we stayed in June of 2016 and where there during a celebration they were having. We had a large room right at the front of the hotel overlooking the square where they had a band playing. We had front row seats for it - amazing. We did not realize that it was a holiday when we...

It was our first stay at the Noel arms, although we had eaten there on a number of occasions, and we were not disappointed. We had booked a superior king room but were informed when we arrived that we had been upgraded to a four poster suite, with the unique number 1657. The number derived from the imposing four poster that...

Stayed here last night with my mum and had a great time. The hotel is really comfortable with a nice bar and restaurant, also a tearoom. We had an evening meal and breakfast during our stay and both were good quality and really nice although not large meals for anyone with a big appetite, but more like fine dining. The desserts...

We stayed here at the beginning of April and were very impressed. Staff were really friendly, helpful and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our accommodation (room 28) was at the side of the main hotel, in the courtyard opposite the conservatory and we loved it. The bedroom and bathroom were both very large, beautifully decorated and...

First impressions are looks very good in a beautiful setting but the room we were given was in need of updating, very hot, poorly ventilated & because of very creaky floor boards in hallways very noisy, The room was in full view of the beer garden so if you went to the loo everyone in the beer garden could see...

An old hotel that had an odor. Thin walls. When asking the staff about walking trail they had no idea and it started and ended in chipping campden. Disappointed that businesses close early. Very little open after 5. Did enjoy dinner at Indian restaurant in town.

Thank you very much for your review. I am sorry that you were not given walking maps by reception. I am not sure why not as we have a drawer full of them, and even offer Walking breaks which include maps. I am sorry that other places in Chipping Campden close by 5pm, this is the norm for most smaller...

We stayed here at the weekend and had a lovely stay. The beds were comfie & the room was nice. I like that the products in the hotel were The White Company. It made it feel quite luxury! The breakfast was so yummy also. This was a great weekend and we were very pleased with the hotel (we found this...
