Let's get straight there...great staff with a wonderful sense of pride and service. Quaint for sure, don't expect straight walls and just accept you may need to Bob your head down every now and again. The rooms are smart and our executive double was tidy and always well looked after for us. Plenty of already to sit both in and...

Well where do i start? Absolutely loved our stay here, especially as this was the place my now fiance proposed to me on Valentines Day! The staff could not do enough for us, there at every moment we needed them, especially Vincent who made it that extra special by escorting us to and from our helicopter with champagne and a...

I don't normally write reviews, but we were made to feel so welcome and looked after by all the staff at the hotel that I wanted to acknowledge this experience and say thank you. My wife and I had booked three nights mid week during half term (our kids at grandparents), for a relaxed break along with Digby our dog....

Due to family emergency had to leave a couple of hours after arriving. They charged me for one night - perfectly reasonable. I then got email that they would be charging me an extra £97.50 which was 50% of an extra night's stay of £135!! After a week of trying to speak to the manager and pointing out that 50%...

Mr Sannit We don’t often feel the need to point out corrections in reviews and are more than happy to receive them as it is of course how we can understand where errors have been made and improve upon areas that we have fallen short. Of course we understand that you had to leave the hotel in the evening after...

This manor wasn't trying to be the latest and greatest of places to stay. It had a comfortable charm and they took very good care of us as guests. There are several cozy places to gather and the grounds are just lovely. The bedrooms, while not ultra modern or very state of the art, were adequate and quaint. I did...

We stayed only one night but really enjoyed it. The pool and sauna were a great way to unwind after our long journey and the glass of prosecco before dinner was really appreciated. It's tucked away but has lovely views across the Cotswolds. The food was very good with plenty to choose from. The dining room staff were very attentive...

Manor was massive, pool was lovely but not very warm. Elliot's suite was big clean and comfortable however no hot water for the bath and shower. Lovely walks around the area, cute lights at night time. Breakfast was very nice, continental breakfast and traditional breakfast offered both are very good.

Dear Guests We apologise for breakdown in the heating which we have now resolved. The leisure club is on a separate system and I’m sorry you found the pool to be a little cool, at 30 degrees which is about 2 degrees warmer than most public pools we normally get the opposite comments with guests saying it’s a little too...

We stayed for 2 nights, the hotel was in a lovely old house and we were given a warm welcome. Our room was dark and fairly basic with a shrub planted outside the window so we could not see much. Bathroom ok but old fashioned. The hotel generally needs a bit of updating or redecoration. The staff were great, very...

Took my partner here for afternoon tea this weekend, it was pleasant but nothing spectacular for the price £17.50 each. The hotel itself is beautiful, the building is amazing, setting is stunning. The drinks prices were extortionate, we paid £13.50 for 2 small drinks. Anyway, we arrived early to have a drink in the bar but staff gave us the...

We returned to Charingworth for a second time as we only spent 1 night here two years ago and wanted to return. Our room was perfect; warm, cosy and large enough to relax in. It had French doors opening onto the hills for our dog to enjoy. Many hotels you go to, you have to take your dog around the...
