I always come here with my other half and I have always had a comfortable stay. Even though check in was at 2pm.. as the room was ready we were allowed in at 1pm. Gym facilities are great and changing rooms have always been clean. Staff have always sorted out extra pillows for us. No complaints. Hotel rooms have always...

Room dated and too hot . Windows restricted on opening . Left charger in room and tried calling over 3 days with no answer from hotel . Telephone options are limited and confusing , But no answer on options chosen

I'm not someone who would complain to staff that are doing there best at a job that they don't like. I still can't believe in the club room there were 2 single beds pushed together it was so uncomfortable my necks still not right. For £135 terrible really

Arrived at the hotel and was put on floor 2, got in the lift and the button for floor 2 was missing so had to take the stairs. The room was grotty with no AC so i tried to call reception, there was no signs on the phone on how to even contact reception so it was another trip down...

great place to stay. great facilities, rooms are very modern and well equiped very helpful and friendly staff. some issues with traffic noise but bed was very comfortable. good food at the restaurant but the menu good do with having more choice.

I would like to complement the staff at this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone had a smile got the guests. Well done. On the down side we found that the hotel room and public areas are in need of refurbishment. In our room the bathroom tiles on the floor were cracked and the bath panel was peeling....

Great stay, only criticism is that is the price. Friendly, helpful staff and a good standard of rooms. Very good facilities on site and very good location. The leisure facilities are being refurbished but still an enjoyable time.

My night at the hotel was great it was clean and well treated and i had a great sleep, the food was great the service was good the pub wasnt loud the bedding was comfy the bathroom was clean and looked after overall it was great

Great service, great staff great nights sleep great breakfast Very well situated for the zoo, Black Country museum and a Tesco direct next door. Lots of restaurants within 300m Frankie & Bennys, nan dos, Pizza Hut chicitos

New system is poor you have now lost the personal touch, the room had been refurbished but was not up to there normal standard, all staff were fantastic and could not do enough to to manage the issues that arose
