We stayed here recently on a visit to the Black Country Museum and Dudley Canal trust. A one night stay is all we needed. The room was clean and comfortable and had all you needed if you are on the road and away from home, though I would suggest that they possibly refurbish their bathroom a little, but on balance,...

We stayed for two nights. We were made to feel welcome straight away by the receptionist she was very friendly and chatty. Our room was good there could've been a few minor improvements. We only one pillow each it would've been nice to have had two. The bed was very comfortable none the less! The room was slightly dated could...

My daughter in law had baby shower on Sunday 9 April. Expecting afternoon tea. Which is normally finger sandwiches. Scones tea in tea pots at the table. All we had was triangle sandwich salad. Two small cakes. Very disappointed fir the price we paid. Was about 20 people. One guest was gluten free. Although as we thought should be gluten...

Very dated rooms, had a double room booked and was given a twin, we were changed immediately though to a double. Staff were friendly but the hotel is so dated and bathroom is awful, clean but old and the bath leaked. Room cleaned each day. Breakfast was rubbish. No veggie options. Should have stayed at premier across the road.

The location itself is a 2 minute walk from Castle Gate Park where there are lots of other restaurants, Cinema and bowling etc. It is also very close to the black country museum and...

This was our second visit to this hotel, as the first time was quite pleasant, and our dog was treated well. This time, when we arrived, they hadn't added the dog to our booking, even though I had called them specifically to add him on. When I called they told me that it would be £5 extra for the dog....

This was our second stay at this hotel and our room was clean, tidy and the bed was really comfortable. We hadn't booked breakfast but were able to purchase it in the morning and it was good. But the staff were so nice and Danni the receptionist was very helpful when booking our next visit.
