Stayed just one night. Overall a lovely friendly team. Had a slight problem with the plumbing which was instantly attended to. Was quite impressed as it was a Sunday afternoon. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Super comfy bed but the room was a bit small. Bedside light switches were awkward to reach.

A reasonably priced hotel within easy walking distance of the centre of Leamington Spa. Clean rooms and tasty breakfast with fresh fruit including big bowls of strawberries and other soft fruit. Would recommend a room at the back of the hotel overlooking a pleasant garden with tables and chairs for guest to use.

Picture the scene: I have 6 rooms booked, confirmed by email, and I even emailed them again shortly before my arrival and they confirmed again. I have visitors flying in from several places in Europe. This was important. I arrive to be told they have 'made a mistake /forgot to write it down' and there are actually no rooms available....

I booked 3 double rooms for 3 nights here as a base for visiting the surrounding area. When we arrived, we were told that we would be staying at the building next door, called Clovely House, and would have breakfast in the Lodge. The appearance of the buildings were clean, fresh, and well maintained, as was the rooms, decent sizes...

We chose this hotel for its location, five minutes from the station and five minutes from the town (and the beautiful river walk). Perfect - plus delicious breakfast and good wifi. The platter of fresh berries at breakfast was a wonderful start to the day. If we stayed again I'd ask for a room at the back because the road...

We stayed for one night to attend a gig. The hotel was a 10 minutes walk away from the venue and so was very convenient. Check in was efficient and there was plenty of car parking space to the rear. Our room was a decent size and the bathroom was nicely equipped with a big walk-in shower. A full cooked...

Clean, quite and a good price Double room was comfortable, clean quiet. Ensuite basic bathroom with clean towels. Cannot rate the breakfast because we didn't make it downstairs in time! Would defiantly stay again if visiting Leamington.

We booked a room about 6 weeks prior to checking in. 2 weeks before checkin I get an email to say my booking was cancelled as they had foreign guests that needed to extend their stay. I was angry to say the least as most places were fully booked on the night we needed to stay. They were totally outside...
