Small, family-run inn in several townhouses, near parks and easy 10-minute walks to city center or train station. Excellent, efficient service, light, and airy rooms. Limited access for handicapped. Limited parking. Full English breakfast was served quickly by friendly staff. Located a few minutes walk from Royal Pump Rooms & Gardens, as well as the colorful & historic Jephson Gardens...

We recently had a 3 day break here. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Our room was clean and presented well. They provided tea and coffee facilities, tv, free wi fi, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was excellent, they have a choice of cereals, fresh fruit, cheese, yogurts and of course the traditional full English..nothing was too much...

Booked a single room for one night only at very short notice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. En-suite room was very small, but very clean. I felt it was a little expensive at £64, but the full English breakfast in the morning was amazing! Would stay again.

We stayed here for two nights. The room was at the very top of the house and very hot (good in the winter but not in the summer). It was very comfortable and clean, the shower in the bathroom was good with plenty of hot water and towels. Breakfast plenty of fresh fruit and cereals, followed by a very good...

I had the misfortune to take the very last room for my 1-night stay. The welcome was good and the parking ok - but the room was about 4 metres square including the part which had obviously been sectioned off to form the shower-room! But - it was all spotlessly cleanwith the usual appointments, tv, tea-tray etc. I had requested...

Stayed here for one night but wished we had booked more nights. Spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, it's situated in a great position for the town centre and Victoria Park. The food is fantastic value whether you like a 'full English' or 'Continental' breakfast. All fresh and very appetising. I was amazed at the vast array of summer fruits available....

Location is only a five minute walk through the park to the town centre. We had a very quiet room overlooking the garden. The room wasn't huge but it was clean and more than adequate. Breakfast was very nice with a decent choice. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend if you want good value for money and central...
